A short, on-site vlog by Andy Hnilo announcing that Alitura has moved order fulfillment to a new third-party fulfillment center in San Leandro, California. The speaker expresses mixed emotions about outsourcing a hands-on task they previously handled (likening it to sending a child to kindergarten), reassures viewers that customer service remains a priority, and notes trust in the new partner and that the center is nearby in the Bay Area.
Maybe next time get a cargo van and not a passenger. It's kind of cute. They're going to be seat belted in, but whoops, here we are. All right, so we're here in the new Alotura fulfillment center in San Leandro, California. A full van full of Alotura products. And I don't know how I feel about it right now, but you know, for so long we just self fulfilled and kind of added our personal touch and we're able to control all the way from packaging up the boxes and the orders and then, you know, handling customer service, which is still going to remain an absolute priority for us. But I don't know how I feel about it. It's kind of like passing your, I don't know, like passing your kid off to kindergarten or whatever. But I've heard that analogy before, so I can kind of relate. Geez, you know, so I guess it's part of growth, but we'll see. So at least it's in the Bay Area. My home, Northern California, I was from Palo Alto. So this is, it's right across the bridge. But we'll see there. These, I trust them and I, you know, it's, it's time to take the next step, review the products online and then recommend certain ones. So Bulletproof is going to have them. Okay, so just park it in the warehouse like.
