A first-person testimonial by a speaker named Sam describing a home facial using Alitura skincare products. Sam explains using a micro-needling-type roller (briefly unpleasant but stimulating collagen), applies and reacts to a clay mask that contains 10% l-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), pearl powder, ginseng, grass-fed colostrum, and formulated clays, mentions meeting Alitura’s owner Andy at the Bulletproof conference, then rinses the mask and applies an Alitura night cream (fragrance-free, moisturizing). The piece functions as a product endorsement and personal routine demonstration.
So next is we have this thing by Alatura that I like to use once a month. This little tool guy has a wheel and it's got these like little tiny sharp edges if you could see it. But I like to basically do this because what this does is it, it feels just a tiny bit unpleasant, but it's not, it doesn't hurt. It's just enough to stimulate the collagen and your skin. If you've heard of micro needling, it's kind of the same concept. It looks like I'm shaving, doesn't it? I'm not. So what's next? You ask? The mask. Usually I don't do a mask, but I have this new product that I'm really excited about is this clay mask by Alatura. Alatura is a new skincare company and this is what I'm about to put on my face as my mask. All natural products made from some really great ingredients. 10% l absorbic acid. That's the vitamin C, right? Highest quality vitamin C on the market. Pearl powder. I'll have to look up to see what pearl powder is. Ginseng, grass fed colostrum and carefully formulated clays. It's really good stuff. And I met the owner of the company at a conference, the bulletproof conference. That's how I found out about Alatura. But yeah, I met the owner and he just, he loves formulating like all natural skin care products and that's gonna, you know, sort of help us age. Graceful. Now we wait and let it dry up until it gets dry and cracky. For the longest time I've been against clay masks just because they can have a tendency to dry the skin. Oh man, I have an itch. Okay, so normally I would be against. Oh God, it's, it's itching so much. Where was I? So because I just love the quality products that Andy, the owner makes, I was willing to give this clay mask a try. So far so, so good. I'm glad to share this with you. Ooh la la. I'm trying to dry it faster. We're dry enough. I'm not going to wait any longer. I'm tired of waiting. I think I'm gonna rinse it off now with some warm water. Try talking without moving your mouth and see how well you do. Alright, finally all rinsed off. Yeah, we're not done yet. Almost. Last but not least, my night cream. This is also by Alatura. You know, all of the Alatura products are actually for men as well. Like they're, they're not feminine in the way that they have a lot of fragrances. You know, you don't want fragrance anyway. You don't want to use products that have fragrance because fragrance is bad for you. And I wish I can explain why, but I'm getting there. This stuff is great. It's like this yellow, super moisturizing product. First of all, the feel and the consistency is great. It feels amazing, like, luxuriously silky smooth. And it's super moisturizing. It's great for the skin when you go to bed. But the other thing is, it doesn't smell. It doesn't really have a smell to it. We did good with our facial, right, Sam?
