Alright, so today we're making a little skin food meal. One of my favorite meal. One of my favorite go to meals is steamed. I do the steamed sear with grass fed butter. Cast iron pan, sweet potato beets for circulation, nitric oxide content. I steam sear them both. Slice the beets and sweet potatoes pretty finely so they cook up pretty quick. And then I'll add a little cayenne. Cast iron pan. If you don't have a seasoned cast cast iron pan, I highly recommend you get castor. Oh geez. Cayenne. I highly recommend you get a cast iron pan and properly season it because there's a lot of cooking ware out there that introduces a lot of toxins and chemicals into the food that you're eating. Right. So here we have the beets, sweet potatoes, all steam seared up and ready to go. Put those aside. Now we have our pastured eggs. I love the yolks. So what I'll do here, coming in to the end of my intermittent fast, so. So hopefully you guys can handle that. I know it's gross to some people, but I like taking out a few raw egg yolks every day. Little Himalayan salt, this Ethiopian Burberry seasoning. So good. And then of course, hot sauce, eggs, sweet potatoes and beets are done. The last step is what I call guacamole. Avocado mash with fresh avocado, broccoli sprouts, olive oil for some good fats and beetrout. So I just taste. Oh, and spirulina. It adds a little bit of taste to it, but man, spirulina is unbelievable. Get these avocado or avocado spooned out. So these, the broccoli sprouts are incredible for you. Dr. Rhonda Patrick explained the benefits of sulforaphane, which is a very potent nutrient for the body. Olive oil in there too. And a little hot sauce. He's kind of just. Oh, yep, start mashing it. There you have it. Fermented vegetables, nutrient dense superfood spirulina. A little avocado for the vitamin B content and good fats as well. And there you go.
