A short YouTube conversation (featuring Andy Hnilo) giving a beginner-friendly skincare routine: cleanse, exfoliate, hydrate, and repair. Andy recommends specific products (Pearl cleanser; Meteorite scrub and/or clay mask; Gold Serum) and gives practical usage guidance (e.g., exfoliate 1–3 times weekly with days off between sessions). He highlights active ingredients in the Gold Serum and notes its 2017 release.
I was going to have you walk through like a very beginner or just a simple skincare routine throughout the week. What does it look like for you or for a beginner that wants to maybe try some of the skincare.
Cleanse, exfoliate, hydrate and repair. So cleanse. I recommend our Pearl cleanser. No Sodium Laureate sulfate. It's a nice creamy cleanser that you can kind of use as like a leave on mask and then rinse with warm water. Finish with a cold rinse to close the pores and and then you know, one to three times a week follow with an exfoliant. Whether it's exfoliating with our clay mask or your favorite product, like if it's not alotur, that's fine too. And then I like to use Meteorite scrub and or clay mask one to three times a week. Take a day or two off in between exfoliating. Some people just do it once a week. That's fine. Teach their own and then follow with the moisturizer throughout the reapply as needed. I like our Gold Serum. It's a concentrated moisturizer with active ingredients like copper peptide, plant red vitamin A which is a potent retinol alternative. Marine Collagen CoQ10 Astaxanthin is like the clean actives in a base of no water. We're using Bulgarian rose water, rose oil, frankincense, sandalwood, be propolis and just a in my opinion it was like a revolutionary formula that you didn't see in 2017 when we released it.
