So the whole idea is to cleanse, exfoliate, hydrate, and heal. So cleanse daily, exfoliate a few times a week, get that circulation, that microcirculation. What's going to help with the microcirculation? Clays. Once it dries, that vasodilation, those stagnant capillaries get circulated, and it leads to brightening. And then over time, it's a gravity thing. You do this a few times a week. It's about staying consistent with that routine, I believe. And then following with a good nutrient-dense moisturizer that's going to heal and then replenish, and not just 40% glycerin or alcohol that smells great because of a synthetic fragrance that's off the toxic and then preserved up with sodium benzoate.
