From tragedy to transformation. 💫

Hi, my name is Andy Nilo. I'm the founder of Altur Naturals, and I want to share my story about what got me into skincare. March 20, 2011. After dinner, I was crossing the street when I got hit by a westbound heading vehicle. I lost consciousness. I got hit into the eastbound lane and run over again by an eastbound heading vehicle. Both SUVs pulled over. First responders came to me, cut my clothes off me in the middle of the street. I was quickly shuttled off to Sierra Sinai Hospital, where I woke up in an ICU bed with my chin protruding through the bottom of my mouth. It was a compound fracture. I had seven broken ribs and a collapsed lung. Completely unrecognizable, no teeth, jaw wired shut. But I was al that accident was a catalyst in what helped me build Alatura Naturals. I quickly became my own science experiment, ordering ingredients from all around the world in an effort to heal myself. What I created to heal myself quickly turned into a line that's now in over 90 countries and serving thousands of people worldwide. Alatura is Latin for feeding and nourishing. Your skin being your largest organ, you want to treat it like another mouth. It was so important to me to heal my injuries, my abrasions and my scarring with a pure, all natural formula for mother nature. I cannot thank you all enough for trusting me and my brand and something I care about so much.

I love Alatura. I'm very impressed by Alatura and my skin has been loving everything.
