Speaker (from a YouTube video titled "😱Hidden Nasties In Skin Care Products🚫" by Andy Hnilo) expresses frustration that many skincare products contain potentially carcinogenic "nasties." The speaker recounts personal regret for not checking product ingredients sooner, criticizes the expectation that consumers must research safety, and urges manufacturers to provide safer alternatives already available on the market.
Ridiculous and completely dishonest and misleading. And it's no, it's great. And this is a great conversation to have because the boss babe community is they're empowered, they're smart women and for so long I didn't know about this thing and it also it but it bothers me that like, like, damn, just because I didn't grab that app and check it now I've been like putting this skin like on my skin for like over a month and I'm like, why didn't I check it? But why should I have to check it? That's what bothers me. Like if they know that these products are linked or there's research showing that they are possible carcinogenics, why are we so lazy that we put that stuff in versus being like, well actually there's all these amazing products that exist that we can use that are way better than natural and they don't have necessarily the nasties in them.
