A short YouTube demonstration by Andy Hnilo showing how to use an Alitura micro-needle derma roller together with a pre-mixed Alitura clay mask. The speaker recommends a 1 millimeter roller to penetrate the dermis, rolling in tiny X patterns with light-to-medium pressure for about 2–3 minutes over the face, then applying the clay mask and leaving it on until fully dry to constrict blood vessels and boost circulation.

My microderma roller and my pre mixed alloturic clay mask. And I'm going to show you my favorite way to apply it. I love the 1 millimeter because it really crosses the dermis and helps to squirt the micronutrients of the mask right into the derma. So using light to medium pressure all over the face, it should take around two to three minutes. Just tiny X's all over. Now we're on to applying the mask. Now that the mask has been applied, the rest is easy. You just want to leave it on until it dries so you get that full constriction of the blood vessels and really get that circulation and surface of the skin.
