All right, so one of our awesome Alatura teammates, Tortie, unfortunately brought this home during his lunch break. Torti. So I just wanted. I mean, this right here, 31 grams of sugar, right? 31 grams of sugar in this 33 ounce container right now. That's 31 grams of sugar per 8 ounce serving in this 33 ounce. So there are obviously four servings in this 33 ounce container. Four times 31, 124 grams of sugar. That is. I've. That's actually the highest I've ever seen of any soft drink. Like I told him, I was like, I can't even. I actually can't even let you finish this. It's gonna be a waste. But always look at that. And this is per serving. The biggest thing to take away from this is just whatever you buy, whether it's one of those little Jamba Juice or odwallas or Jamba Juice, whatever it may be, these are per serving and it's always 8 ounce. That's where they try to trick you. But there are four 8 ounce servings in this, each serving having 31 grams of sugar, 4 times 31, 124 grams of sugar. That is. I mean, that's horrible. So just pay attention to your ingredient decks and make sure that it's all, you know, as low sugar as possible sugar. They're finding out more and more and how bad it is for you.
