Whether it was outdoor activities with friends or the gym or maybe yoga, when people would find out how old my really great sons are, they would frequently ask, hang on, how old are you? I'm 60. No Botox, no injections, nothing. But I do want to tell you about Alitura. I started using Alitura skincare products about a decade ago when I first heard Andy Hnilo's amazing story at one of Dave Asprey's biohacking conferences. I heard about how Andy healed his face using his custom-made clay mask. So I started using the clay mask. Over time, I added other products from the Alitura line as Andy created more and more formulas. So I'd like to now share with you my once or twice a week process for taking care of my skin. Step 1, Pearl Cleanser. Now I shave with it, you may not need to shave, but it's a great way to get everything ready. Step 2, Alitura Derma Roller. Doesn't always feel great, but boy is it effective. Step 3, Clay Mask. The silver bullet of Andy's entire collection. Step 4, clay mask off in the shower with some facial massage. Step 5, Alitura Moisturizer. Feels so good after getting the clay mask off. Step 6, I do a lot of light therapy. I have one device that does red, near-infrared, and amber. Very good for your complexion. Step 7, it's time for gold serum. Alitura gold serum is some magical thing. I don't know how Andy came up with it, but it's amazing. Step 8, I like Santal Black. It's a scented oil, and I use it on my neck and even in my hair. And also, if you have tattoos, it really makes them pop and look cool. Step 9, end of the evening, Alitura night cream.
