Hey, so I wanted to go through my post workout shake for you guys. So I start off with a can of organic full fat coconut milk as my base to get really good fats and definitely adds some good flavor to it as well. I usually put the whole can in there. I try to get just the cream like the good, the fat part and leave the guar gum and the water at the bottom. See, you can kind of just drain out and get the good fatty parts. And then I'll add a little water to. Six ounces, I would say. And then organic wild frozen blueberries, About a half cup. And yeah, I use bulletproof vanilla collagen protein. This is the best tasting protein powder I've ever had. Serious, you can eat this, I mean seemingly out of the container. I don't recommend that, but it's, it's that good. A little bit of schizandra powder from Jing herbs. It's the same stuff that I put in aloe to revitalize my supplement, my adaptogenic herb supplement. I'll probably put about a half teaspoon of that in there. Little glutamine for post workout recovery. And it's really good to help your muscles recovery. Excuse me, recover about a half teaspoon of that. And it's sweet too, so it doesn't really disrupt the flavor. And colostrum, that's my heavy hitter right here. I use Synertech Colostrum. This is the stuff that I put in my clay mask actually too. Just a little tip, I put three tablespoons of that in there for the IGF1 growth factor content, really good enzymes. It's collected within the first six hours. So you're getting really good. Live really dense in nutrients and protein as well. And I have three cla capsules, two multi mineral capsules. I hit the sauna so I'm a little depleted right now. Two krill oil and one astaxanthin. So that and then a little theanine just to relax, calm down. Theanine is one of those amino acids that crosses the blood brain barrier. So essential post workout just to help calm the body, calm the mind and get me nice and relaxed. There we go. Need a Vitamix. I don't know why I don't just get one. They're a little expensive, but they're definitely worth it. Oh, look at that. It's a little thick, but hey, there you go. That's good. Let's take the supplements with that. Good. Go.
