Aluminea teaches Reiki Level 1, covering ki energy, how it flows through your body's centers, and a sacred attunement that makes you a channel for healing. You'll learn three foundational pillars of treatment to practice on yourself, plus access to peer chat and optional one-on-one mentorship.
Welcome! I'm so excited that you're interested in learning Reiki Level 1 with me. In Reiki Level 1, you understand the basic concepts of how you exist on an energetic level. We talk about ki, or life force energy, that flows through our different energy centers and pathways. You'll also receive an attunement which connects you directly to the Reiki source. It's a sacred initiation to become a channel for life force energy. You'll learn the foundations, or 3 pillars, of a Reiki treatment so that you can start practicing Reiki on yourself. You'll also have access to a private chat that's just for people taking this course where you can ask questions and receive answers. And if you'd like additional support, I'm always available for one-on-one mentorship. I hope to see you in our group soon. Infinite love and blessings.
