The Scent of Self-Worth: Uncovering Emotional Truth Through Scent Mapping with Jennifer Pressimone
3 Feb 2026 · 40 min
In this episode of Reclaim Your Inner Rockstar, host Amy Robinson (an aromapsychologist and cognitive coach) interviews clinical aromatherapist and scent intuitive Jennifer Pressimone, founder of JenScents. The conversation opens with Jennifer’s recent personal loss, exploring how grief forces her to shift from the "healer" hat to a "receiver" hat and apply her own scent‑based tools to self‑care. They discuss how scent can instantly regulate the nervous system, serve as a bridge between science and intuition, and support high‑capacity women leaders who often feel overstimulated. Jennifer explains her Scent Mapping method – using a quick olfactory cue to surface the first thought or emotion, rating its intensity, and then allowing the scent‑driven energy to recalibrate the limbic system. The dialogue moves through common challenges such as the "fixer" tendency, people‑pleasing, and the need to hold space rather than solve for others. They describe how blending scientific knowledge of the hypothalamus, thalamus, and amygdala with intuitive scent work creates a trustworthy, evidence‑based practice. Personal revelations emerge when Jennifer shares her own core issue of abandonment, the anchor scents (bay laurel and ravintsara) she uses, and how incremental 1% steps lead to lasting emotional shifts. Throughout, Amy promotes practical resources: a free 7‑step guide to declutter the mind, an upcoming live event on unprocessed emotions, and the Radiant Rockstar Regulation Collective for ongoing support. The episode blends vulnerable storytelling with actionable tools, positioning scent as a language the nervous system understands and a pathway to calm, embodied leadership.

Hey! Hey!
Beautiful souls, welcome back to Reclaim Your Inner Rockstar, a space for calm leadership, emotional regulation, and grounded clarity in a world that asks far too much of our nervous system. I'm Today I'm joined by someone whose work mirrors this exact philosophy, Jennifer Pressimone, a clinical aromatherapist, scent intuitive, and founder of JenScents, a pioneer in blending the science, psychology, and intuitive intelligence of scent. In this conversation, Jennifer and I explore the deeper role scent plays in regulation and leadership, how it helps you recognize what your body is ready to release, soften emotional overload, and restore a sense of inner steadiness you can actually rely on. This episode is for the woman who leads, holds space, and carries responsibility, and is ready to experience calm, not as a concept,, but as a lived rhythm. You can explore Jennifer's work and her Scent Method through the links in the show notes. And if you're ready to integrate this work with your own life and leadership, you'll also find an invitation to join me inside the Radiant Rockstar Regulation Collective, where calm becomes an embodied confidence. So let's begin.
Jennifer, thank you so much for joining us today here on Reclaim Your Inner Rockstar. It is such a pleasure to have you as someone who is not just a colleague in the industry, but also someone I admire very, very much and have been watching you and what you do. And I love so much what you do, and I cannot wait to share this with the world because you touch so many lives in what you do. So, but here today, I wanna get to know you as the person, the healer. I'm grateful that you said yes to this personal conversation. You've built a career that helps others uncover the root of their emotional pain. I want to hear from you. You mentioned that you lost your mother earlier this year. How did that shift the way you view your own healing, not as a practitioner, but as a woman who's relearning to receive her own medicine?
Such a powerful question, and what a way to start. Thank you so much for helping me honor my mom in this moment. She's been my best friend since I was born, and she's taught me a lot. Even in her passing, she continues to teach me. I've lost a lot of people in my life, and it's very different losing her. That you definitely have to switch hats. Being a healer for 23 years now, I had my own journey getting into this. I had my own health issues, and my mom is the one who helped nurture for me through that. And that's how I discovered holistic health. And through doing this, I think it gave me the skills, and now those skills are like a second language to me. I feel I'm still in shock. I think with grief, we're all in different places with it. We all react differently to it. I was just talking with a friend who lost her husband 20 years ago, and she's like, I'm still in shock. And that wasn't an emotion that I thought I would have. Knowing she had dementia, we knew it was coming. We didn't know it was coming that fast. But I do feel that my skills put me into an autopilot. I feel on autopilot, like I'm going through the motions. I know what to do. I have good days and bad days. And on the days that I'm really struggling, I have to go and say, okay, what do I need today? And I fall back on What would I tell my client if this was my client? I ask myself that all the time, more so lately. The method that I have for healing has been the method I've used for 23 years. I've just really honed in on it right now, and that's what I'm using to help myself. I need to take the healer hat off because when you're a healer, you're giving. But when you switch hats or you take that hat off, you put yourself in receiving mode. And literally have to go, okay, I'm putting on a different hat. Sometimes you just have to go through the motions and say, let me center myself in who I am as Jennifer and not as the healer, not as the teacher, not as the practitioner. Let me receive. Let me choose oils randomly and go through this process myself.
And that's—
it's been a lesson. It's been a blessing at, at the same time. But you're right, we have to take off our practitioner hat when we are working on ourselves. And that is the key when most people, you know, because a lot of people say, I can help other people, I just can't help myself. It's because you have the wrong hat on. And that's one of the biggest lessons that I learned on this journey. I'm missing my mama.
First, I wanted to send my love and condolences. I can't relate to how that personally feels, but I feel for you and I feel your heart in this. Thank you for being so raw in sharing this and your experience. And it's amazing because you said so many good things within that, and for it to be lesson in becoming even more grounded, even more centered, is powerful. Not everybody can do that. And so that even raises the bar in what type of an impactful coach you are to others. That's what I heard from it. So thank you for sharing that. And I send you so much love right now.
Thank you so much. One of the things that I said to my sister is I feel everything I've been through in my life prepared me for this moment. And it's practice. When you hear about grounding rituals, faith connection, connection to yourself, meditation, prayer time, journaling, sleep, eating the right foods, all of that is practice. You have to practice. And I'm just fortunate that all of that practice has prepared me to be where I'm at, and it's helping me. Do I have all of the answers? No, but I have what I need right now, and I'm allowing the space with grace for whatever's to come and whatever happens.
That's so beautiful. And the people you have yet to support with this, you know, you're there. You've been in the trenches. So powerful. Thank you for sharing that. Here's this woman, Jennifer, who leads people. You have an entire school and you speak on massive stages, which requires you to really stay grounded even in this height of grief and all of these other emotions that are coming up for you when others look to you for strength and you stay grounded. So what does it look like behind the scenes when you as a leader, as a healer, as an intuitive yourself, gets really emotionally tired and even exhausted? And how do you use scent to bring yourself back to center in those moments?
I mean, scent is my medium. It is my best friend. It's my medium. It's what grounds me. And I, and I love that scent is paired with other acts and habits that we have. We're already breathing. We're just adding scent to it. We're already like grounding and centering ourselves and remembering who we are. We're connecting our head, heart, and gut. Scent does that even deeper. And so I love that when I bring that in and expands that. And you're right, I think as healers and givers, we get tired. When you give, give, give, we often forget to receive and to replenish. And so We're serving from an empty tank. And then you add on the vest of carrying transferred energy. You're picking up the energy, you're picking up the emotions of others, and you're carrying that with you. And if you're not doing the proper grounding and release exercises, it's staying with you. So now not only are we exhausted and tired, we have this vest on and we're wading through this mud of like, oh my gosh, everything's in that pill battle. And as intuitives, we're very sensitive. So I think it elevates our hypersensitivity. What I've learned through this process is when I become hypersensitive, that's my cue. My cup runneth over. I overreach. My barrel is running over. I let myself go too far and then I have to back off. I have a particular ritual that I follow with the grounding, but also the releasing. We have to release whatever we took on. And what most people don't realize is it's not just, get off me, you know, get all these emotions off me. When you do that, you give those emotions back to the person and allow them the opportunity to heal it. Because when we take it on, we're taking away somebody's ability to be their own hero, to heal themselves. The reason we've gone through struggles we've went through is for the lessons that we take away. And there's always blessings and lessons. And so when we take that on and we tell somebody, hey, I'll take all that on for you— no, that's their lesson. What we need to do is walk beside them. We can hold their hand, we can put our arm around their shoulder and say, I'm gonna walk with you As you go through this, and that's the power of adding in scent. When I bring in scent, I'm grounding. It aligns my grounding energy with my energy. So then the frequencies are aligned, and that is recalibration. That's a huge piece to the work that I do that most people miss. They do all the work, they confront their emotions, they may even honor their emotions, and then they release them. But here's the key. If you don't recalibrate to who you are without that, then it's going to keep coming back. When I'm tired, I grab my oils and I smell them. I do my grounding rituals. I remember who I am and why I'm doing this. And then I do affirmations to remind myself, I am light, I am love, I am valued, I am seen, I am heard, I am worthy. I walk through all these affirmations to remind myself. Your cells believe everything you think, feel, say, and experience. If you keep telling it something bad and you're taking on all this stuff, the cells are like, wait a second. Scent recalibrates us back into who we are.
Yeah, I love what you— oh, there's so much in there, so much to grab and marinate on. And it's so true, scent, how it Hits the brain even before logic and the idea that it can instantly bring you back to center self. I love that. But the level of confidence that you have, you can tell that you've been paving this way for yourself for a long time and it makes you strong to be able to support others in that way. And I love that. So much to take away from on my own. You're speaking to my heart in so many ways because I'm struggling with that right now. In transparency, that is something that I'm struggling with right now, and I'm leaning into my sense quite a bit myself and exploring that can support me in a different way. So to hear you say that reminds me, yes, Amy, you're on the right track as someone who also heals other people. That can get so heavy.
And it's a practice, and you have to start somewhere. I didn't start this way. Of course I have my core constitution and my core values. And I've always been a giver and a healer and love helping people. But there's a skill to be learned in that, and only through doing and learning and practicing, you know, we have to practice. And so now we can't say, I don't have something. You have to shift that and say, I'm in the process of learning. I'm in the process of being more aware and leaning in, because most people pull back. But we are seeing a change in the tide from going back to leaning in. You just have to feel safe enough, and that's what you're experiencing. Scent is allowing you to lean in and not be judged so you can recognize where you are. I love that. I love that you share that in full transparency. That's how we heal others by our own healing.
It's so true, isn't it? It's always a growth process, isn't it? We're never done growing. We're never done making it our own and in turn supporting others with that. It's the choice we make when we step into this industry, in this world. You said something so powerful, Jennifer, before we go on to our next question, I really just wanna hold a little space for this. What you said about we allow others to be able to take back that emotion, that feeling so that they can find it in themselves to heal. That is profound because most of us walk around absorbing other people's energy and trying to manage other people's emotions. And that's just not how we were created to be healthy in ourselves, to sustain. That doesn't create long-term sustainability. So that was powerful.
Fixer in us. And I learned that skill, you know, talking about full transparency, I'm a fixer. When people say stuff, I jump right in and start fixing.
Fixing.
Then I had to learn not everybody needs fixing, and that's not my job. And I, to work on that within myself, I had to say, whoa, let me take a step back and let me just give them space to maybe work it out on their own. Let me hold my tongue and lead with listening. Do a lot of presentations. I teach a lot, so it's natural for me to talk, as you can tell, but I also have to learn to back up and listen. By doing that, it helped the fixer in me go, you can still be a fixer, but wait for them to ask. Let them give permission to fix. Otherwise, my job is to hold the space for them to fix or to find the solution. Because I think everybody secretly loves to solve problems. Everybody loves gamification. They love the thrill of figuring something out. And we have to remember that. I learned that through managing the fixer in me. And I find so many healers have that same trait. We're fixers.
Oh, we want to care. We want to nurture. It's part of the people pleaser in us too. And so that comes from being an intuitive, right? I just heard something today and it brought up such a beautiful point, a neuroscience point, that when we are in a heightened state, our intuition is not accurate. Our amygdala is inflamed in that moment. And so we can't logically think straight. It's just how incredibly powerful our brains are. So we have to calm that down using sense because it's the only thing that works at that quickly and then working on that. It's beautiful what you're saying, how that all just fits together. Moving forward, you talk about scent mapping. This is where it starts to get really good because you are the creator of this. You have created this method as a tool, scent mapping, that helps people to identify— love, that is incredibly powerful language. Not what needs healing, but what's ready. Ready. And that is— when I thought about that, I said, that's a big one right there. So how can someone tell when they're truly ready to release an emotion versus still unconsciously protecting it?
Hey beautiful soul, before we keep going, I want to invite you to something special. On Friday, June 12th at 6 PM Eastern Standard Time, I'm hosting a live event called Emotions We Were Never Taught to Hold, and this is for the woman who has learned how to stay composed, stay useful, stay spiritual, stay responsible. But underneath it all, she carries emotions she was never actually taught how to process. Anger, disappointment, resentment, fear, grief, emotional pressure. And it's not because she's weak, but because no one showed her what to do with all of those big emotions. Inside this live event, we're gonna talk about what happens when you keep suppressing what your body has been trying to tell you. Why emotional regulation is not the same thing as emotional silence, and how to begin holding your inner world with more steadiness, truth, and compassion. This is gonna be a deeply clarifying conversation and spots are limited. So if it's something that you already know, I need this, don't overthink it. Go claim your spot through the link in the show notes. Again, it's coming up quick, Friday, June 12th at 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. And remember, replays are available. So even if you can't make it in person, you will have a replay sent to your email so you can go ahead and be a part of this incredible program. I look so forward to holding space for you in that room, whether it's live or in a replay environment.
Love you, beautiful.
Now back to the episode.
Everybody's ready to heal something. I think we first have to recognize we're all ready to heal something, but our activator, or what pushes us to the brink of, oh my gosh, I have to heal this now, or I have to work on this now, is when the hurt and the pain— the hurt hurts so bad and outweighs the thought of actually releasing it or addressing what's holding you back from releasing it. Because sometimes we think, oh, you know, I, I want success, but secretly we actually fear success. And we fear success because We think, oh my gosh, if I'm seen, more people are going to criticize me, people are going to attack me, my space is going to be invaded. And then we fall back into this people-pleasing mode. But what I love is you really don't have to know if you're ready or you just grab an oil and you smell it. And if you like it or not, it means something. And what is the first thought? What is the first emotion that comes up? Now, for somebody brand new, they're going to start overthinking it, right? Because scent bypasses our logic and judgment and over-analysis center. It goes right in. But if you pause for more than 5 seconds, then our logic is going to kick in. So I try to grab people in the beginning, give me a number right away, because when I have them give me a number, I'm allowing them to rate something, but I'm keeping them with me. And then what's the first thought and emotion that comes up? Whatever that is is telling you what's stepping forward to be healed in this moment. It was triggered by the scent. And if you can't smell, it's still going to work. Even if you grab an oil and you can't smell it, it will still work. Even if you're doing this virtually like us, we can just do kinesiology and feel the energy of it. We'll walk through the same process. Scent is great, but it's really the energy of the oil that's allowing us to our frequency to recalibrate. But you never have to know and overthink it. Just smell an oil, whatever steps forward. And then we walk through that process that mirrors the limbic system. What thoughts come up? What emotions come up? And then you learn all of the pieces that are keeping it in place. And then once we can address that and acknowledge it, that's all you need to do. And it starts releasing. And then you recalibrate. And once you recalibrate, you're now this new person without that. Even if it's just 50% without it or 100% without it. So the key is just to keep recalibrating, and that's the power of the Scent Mapping method. We just keep recalibrating through the process, and then you create a blend at the end and use that blend to hold that. So everybody's ready to heal something. Even if you feel distance, even if you've been taught to hide your feelings and emotions, scent will find it. There's no way Scent won't find it 100% of the time. It will always be truthful. There will always be something that steps forward and you just work on that. For some people, it's just, I can't do anymore. That emotion was so heavy. Okay, well then let's sit with it. Let's breathe with it. Let's journal about it. We can talk about it. You can bring in other modalities. Scent is one piece to the puzzle, but when you use it and lead with it, Everything else falls into place, and then you start healing. Even if you don't want to, you will start healing.
So powerful. Yes, I tell my clients this: healing is not an academic exercise. It's not something we get ABCD or F, G. We learn to listen to our inner person. We learn to pay attention to those feelings, those intuitive thoughts that come up or the emotions that come to the fore. And so you confirm that by what you just explained. So powerful. It's beautiful to hear you speak. It, it fills me with hope, even as one who's listening. And I can imagine our audience out there, you beautiful high-capacity women who are searching for something and want something that's simple, but yet profound. Using scent is such a powerful tool. You mentioned that you work with blends and intuition. You actually blend science and intuition together, two worlds that you would think would be separate, but they're not. They work together. They speak the same language. You mentioned that you work with the blend of science and intuition. Those two don't always collide very well. It's like oil and vinegar. So how do you bridge that? Sometimes, sometimes it's true. So, you know, when the body is ready, when the mind is ready, you can see it flow together beautifully. But how do you bridge faith and evidence in your teaching? And especially when you're guiding people who really crave certainty, they really want to know the outcome. And they're afraid to surrender, but they— that's where the healing is, is the surrender. How do you bridge that faith and evidence together?
They actually work really well together. I'm not going to say it's a myth because it is a fact for some people that science is science and intuition and faith is this. It— you think about your left brain and your right brain. We have a logical side and then we have the creative flowy side, right? They work well together. They complement each other. And so I find even being a bridge between them, the work that I do is a solid bridge, but it teaches how they complement each other because we use science. It's the whole trust but verify type of thing. We all want to know why. As a kid, why this, why that? We want to understand. And so science is teaching us how we heal, the process of healing. We understand the limbic system, we understand how scent gets in and activates the brain and connects with the hypothalamus versus thalamus, right, which is where judgment is. So now we have this without judgment, and then the amygdala gets lit up. And so it teaches us, well, no, get out of a fear state, get into a joyful, playful, and pleasure state. So we learn the how. So the science teaches us, yes, this is true, because people want to know it's true. We all have an intuition where we have this knowing, and the knowing is so much more powerful than words, right? Sometimes we're like, I don't know why I know this, I just know it. And then we go and we Whoa, I know why, because it's true. Here's the science to prove it. Yeah. And so when we use it and we lead with our intuition, we have to lead with faith because that's teaching us what needs to be healed and why. And then we pair that with science of the how. It's a complement. You can't separate that.
Mm-hmm.
You know, in our human brains, there is not going to allow it. Now, there are some people, and I think for me being academic growing up, I always had an intuitive side that I tried to hush because I was told it's about the brain and the logic and the science. Only through getting sick myself and having to heal myself did I allow the healer in me to step forward. And now would like to say my healer is a larger part of me than the science, but they're pretty much 50/50 because I know for me, I lead with the intuition, and you just have to have the faith that, you know, it's faith-guided intuition. Whatever you believe in, you know, is guiding your intuition and your knowing. When we lean into that, everything unfolds. Then we can apply the evidence-based and the science behind that. It's a blend of the science and the intuition because they go hand in hand. Everybody is at a different place. I know when I'm working with nurses, my entry point is science, but I'm working with healers. I know my entry point is healing and intuition. And then we bring in the sense. It's all data points. It gives us information to know who am I working with, where are they? Because as a practitioner and a healer, we have to meet our clients where they are.
Absolutely.
This is a way to do that. And then we say it's not one or the other, it's both. And here's how they work together.
It's so beautiful. It's a beautiful awareness of how we're really made and bringing those two things together. I'm gonna leave it at that because you've explained it so beautifully and it's something that I wholeheartedly believe in my deep intuition as someone who always led through intuition first and then learned the science. From it. I came from a different angle myself, but it all meets in the middle that way. For us to have balance and to have joy and those beautiful things that can come from within us, we have to have both. I love your method of teaching, and I'm going to take a little from that.
I love how you put it because it is a meeting in the middle. When you look at any situation, any emotion, any industry, You know, it's when you have true communication, you meet in the middle and you find that common thread. And we're allowed to have differing opinions, ideas, philosophies, and beliefs. But when we meet in the middle, we anchor ourselves. Absolutely. When I started my company, my mission was for aromatherapy to be a household name. Well, it is. As I evolve that mission, it's really to heal humanity. One way we heal humanity is to meet in the middle ascent is the most beautiful because it pushes everything aside and it makes you so authentically raw to meet in this middle and just expand and help each other, support each other from here.
Yeah, that's beautiful. It's a beautiful evolvement, I would say. Yeah. Oh, Jennifer, thank you for the work that you do. I had somebody tell me the other day, you're, you're sciencey. I said, no, I'm nerdy. There's a difference. When it comes to oils, anything that has to do with this realm, I'm a nerd about it. I love it so much, right? Because like you said, to anchor your point, scent is the only sense that anchors everything so intuitively without us even knowing what's really happening. I often think about one of the first questions I always ask my clients is, can you remember the scent? When you would step into your grandmother's house. You remember those things. We remember those things. They become part of our identity in ways we don't even know. So powerful point. Scent and science. Love it. You have a free gift, the 7 Steps to Declutter Your Mind. Love it. I love the way it's laid out. It's such a good guide. It helps people to uncover those emotions that are holding them back. So I'm curious, What emotion did you personally uncover when you created it, and how did that awareness change how you show up now as a woman, not just a CEO, but as a woman? What would you say?
Such a powerful question. I don't reveal that often. Part of it is the theme of hiddenness. What I learned going through this work, I got into this industry in 2002, and it was about 2005, 2006, I took a self-discovery journaling class and I paired scent with it. What I discovered about myself was a theme of abandonment and a fear of abandonment, which drives me being a people pleaser. I can't be myself or else people are going to leave. I have to hide my true self because people will leave. They're not going to like me. They're gonna criticize me. They're going to attack me. That was so profound to me because when I discovered that about myself, I learned I have a lot of throat or respiratory issues because I'm hiding my voice. I'm not speaking up for myself. A lot of people with lymphatic issues, even ear issues, it's all tied together. That was a huge aha moment to recognize there's a reason I'm a people pleaser, and it all stems from here. Then I was able to bring Scent in to help me through that process, continue my learning. I've learned a lot about the oils, but the gift of knowing the oils— I speak essential oils, I know their personality, they're like people to me. They have a personality and they're all gonna bring out different traits within you. And so when we look at the benefits, we have to think differently of, oh, this is gonna bring out— this is gonna help me with this. When we see, like, bay laurel is one of my favorite oils for theme of abandonment and for theme of hiddenness. Bay laurel and ravintsara together, particularly, they're a great dynamic duo. They're a great couple. And so when you introduce that, it takes that judgment off. And the more I smell it, it helps me step away from abandonment into acceptance, into being wanted, being chosen, being needed, being appreciated, being worthy. But it's one step at a time. And sometimes our goal is just, I want to be 1% more in tune with myself than I was yesterday. And if we keep working towards 1%, the myth is I have to have this huge goal. It has to be 100%.
No, that's what baby steps steps are for.
We step forward 1% at a time, sometimes a half a percent at a time, just a tiny little step forward. When those thoughts creep back in, or I find myself making decisions or doing things out of obligation and responsibility and people pleasing, I have to go, whoa, where did I go? Let me go back. So for me, Laurel and Ravensaur are my anchor scents to remind me, no, go back and anchor yourself, in yourself. I recalibrate, I reconnect, and then I start again. And part of that healing is don't let yourself get too far out, because it's like when you have a headache— when you let it get to a 10, it's going to be really hard to get it back to a zero. But if you catch it at a 2 or a 3, the likelihood of getting it back to zero is quicker. Same thing with emotional healing. When I discovered that in myself, then I learned I learned my triggers. I learned my behaviors and what triggers my behaviors. And then I had to just tweak them a little bit. Scent again became my medium. And so that's really the premise of the process that I walk you through in the 7 Steps to Decluttering Your Mind. It's not just decluttering your mind, it's decluttering the beliefs that you have causing your emotional blocks. And you walk through it and then we know, oh, this is what's going on. And then I give you some answers. The 7 steps I use. This is my exact healing guide. This is the same exact process I walk my clients through time and time again, where 1% becomes 2%, becomes 3%, becomes 5%, becomes 10%. It's always a process. And then sometimes that 10% goes back to 5%, and we got to start again. The more you know this and how to do it, the quicker you can catch yourself from falling too far back. We're all going to fall off the wagon. No, you're going to fail at things. Things are not going to work out. There's going to be bad days. It just is. But it's what you do on those days that make the biggest difference. I want people to have this method to help them be able to get out of bed and to take that 1% and to have grace with themselves of, well, I'm gonna cross yesterday off and start again tomorrow. It's okay to do that.
Yes. So beautiful. Such a human approach, right? The smallest transition, the smallest shift makes the largest impact over time.
It does. And you know that so well.
It's true. And it's funny because as you're saying this, it's so many reminders to myself as our clients see us as healers, but we're also women working through the same process that we share with others. The reminder to me is, Amy, it's okay. It's okay to go back, work again, and keep doing this over and over and make it that lifestyle shift, right? So it's something that creates doability. It is now. We've created a word, y'all. Doability, right? So anyone listening to this can say, wait a minute, I do that. 1%? I can do that. And it's not hard to do. And this— I love your gift. And I'm— for ladies who are looking for that, for anyone, professionals who are looking for that, it's going to be in the show notes. So keep an eye out for it so that you can get to know Jennifer a little bit more. I will have all her information in the show notes for you to be able to reach out to her and have that conversation. I personally love it. I have to go ahead and print it out. It's on my digital display now. It's one of those that I said, yes, I have to have this with me. It's free, y'all. It's free. Can you imagine? If that's free, the investment is worth every cent.
So, and you use it as an audit. I still use it as an audit once a quarter. I'd like to do it once a month, but sometimes, you know, this past year was a really difficult year, and so once a quarter I was able to do it. So my goal for next year to review myself and reflect and find out where am I in the process. And that way I can see my own evolution. It's a great tool to figure out where you are now, but to keep using it. So I love that, that you're going to have it to keep going back to and reassessing.
Absolutely. It's a beautifully made way to do that. I love what you said. Audit. Good word. So the goal of this episode is to connect deeply with our audience and from the powerful, vulnerable perspective. I want to thank you so, so much for being here today with us. I just love everything you do, and I thank you so much for being a great leader and someone that I can look to, and many women as well who have yet to work with you, to be able to know that you live what you say and what you teach, and that is powerful. It's a beautiful thing. So thank you so much, Jennifer. Thank you.
