In this presentation, Angel Pichardo explains how integrating AI-driven, personalized conversations before booking appointments dramatically improves agency sales pipelines. He contrasts the traditional approach—where leads book themselves—with a system where an AI engages each lead immediately, probes motivations, asks strategic qualification questions, and quickly disqualifies low‑fit prospects. Only leads that pass this AI‑led interview are forwarded to the agency, ensuring higher‑quality, higher‑trust leads. The AI also visualizes the pipeline as a heat‑map, moving leads from right (cold) to left (hot) so sales teams can prioritize outreach and outbound calls. By having the AI schedule the appointment after qualification, agencies see higher booking and show rates, as the process eliminates reliance on self‑service links. Pichardo emphasizes that the solution is custom‑built for each client, embedding psychology and tailored language rather than using generic scripts. He invites viewers to request more information or a consultation.

Agency owners, I wanted to share with you an insight as I have a little bit of time here about the difference between not having an AI conversation before booking an appointment to then having an AI conversation before booking the appointment. The difference is absolutely night and day. And what I mean by that is having a personalized conversation prior to booking an appointment is going to not only increase the trust of the individual who's booking the appointment, but it's going to show or reflect that, you know, whoever that they're booking the appointment with actually cares. Because the way we train the AI is to, you know, not only qualify the individual but to really deep dive into the motivations as to why the individual's, you know, submitting their information in the first place. And then we further qualify them by asking them very specific and strategic questions. So that way, you know, the idea of the AI is to not just book appointments, but it's to disqualify people as fast as physically possible. So that way, you know, when we push the information over to the end client, they're only getting the information of the most, uh, highest or quality, uh, leads possible because we're only pushing over the ones that have been actually qualified by the AI and have actually had a full personalized conversation with the AI. And those are the ones that we push over only if that conversation obviously is a positive conversation, right? Because if, you know, we find that, you know, they say that they're not interested or that this program isn't a good fit for one reason or the other, uh, the AI is qualified not book them an appointment, you know, to book an appointment, you know, for those exact reasons because we don't have that much time in a day. And then in addition to that, with this all, with this entire process in place, you know, what we've been able to do is been able to take the, you know, pipeline and really break it down in a way where, you know, at a 10,000-foot view looking in, you know, the client can see at any given point who their hottest leads are, right? Who are the ones that need to be called right now? Who are the ones that are furthest in their pipeline stage? Who are the ones things that need to be focused on after the hottest leads, and so on and so forth. So basically, we do it based on fires, and the hottest ones are the ones that are, are going to be all the way to the left. And so the idea of, uh, the way we build it is, you know, you train your clients to take a lead from all the way on the right all the way to the left, and the AI will support you through that process. And it makes it super easy for a client to kind of visibly see who they need to follow up with, and, um, you know, at any given time figure out, okay, if they I don't have any appointments to take, who do I actually outbound call to if I'm gonna go ahead and do that? Now yes, we have AI doing it in some cases, but you know, a lot of the times, you know, it just takes you calling your leads and you get a hold of them and then boom, you can get them on a call and you know, explain to them what you do and how you do it. If it makes sense, book a second call or whatever, or even sometimes close them on the same call. It really depends on how much they know about you up until that point. But you know, that's really all what it takes. And so we've seen a huge difference in show rates and booking rates when we've had that conversation prior, especially that personalized conversation and fast, right? Because they book in and then within a few minutes that they're already, you know, they're already scheduling or getting reached out by the AI, right, to have that conversation. And then soon right after that, they book right in through a conversation, not, not through, you know, us sending a link or them booking it themselves. Like, we don't rely on the customer to book an appointment. We book it in ourselves after we have deemed them qualified, and that's only when we send that information out to the end client to then do that sales call. So I just wanted to share the light on someone, on people that aren't, you know, using AI right now within their sales process or lead process. If you're trying to book more calls, generate more calls, generate higher quality leads, generate higher show rates, this is what you're missing. You're missing out that personal touch that your clients are not doing because they don't have the willpower, the know-how, or the strategy to do so at a level where every single lead can be reached out to. This is where AI comes in. So if you guys wanted more information on how we do it, we build these things at a very high level and a very strategic strategic way, you know, with a lot of psychology embedded in a lot of proper language. And so we don't just do cookie-cutter methods, and it's completely custom per client. So if you want more information, comment info down below, and I'll jump on a call with you and discuss how it all works.
