Angel Pichardo shows Ava, an AI that calls real-estate leads, qualifies them by asking about property type and budget, and books meetings with agents. The system summarizes each call automatically so you can filter thousands without listening to recordings. He also offers done-for-you AI builds and B2B outreach versions.

All right guys, in this video I am going to demo a real estate AI assistant that we built for one of our clients that handles their inquiries on their website landing page. If they're running, you know, when they run ads, when they submit a form, basically they're running ads for finding buyers. This is basically an outbound buyer AI assistant agent. Okay, so what it's going to do is it's going to outbound leads as soon as they come in, and then, you know, pre-qualify them, figure out what they're looking for, and then go ahead and transition to booking them over to an agent if it makes sense or they meet the criteria that we've set aside for it. Now, for the sake of this demo, I've, you know, retracted some of the information of the company that we built it for so that way I can share it with you guys and show you an example how it works live. But, you know, besides that, Remember that, you know, these AI agents would be built on your company's information, on everything about your company, what makes you unique, everything, you know, related to your services and frequently asked questions, literally everything. So that if somebody does ask a question, you know, the AI knows exactly how to respond. If anything, it responds better than you could because it takes, you know, the content from all the context of all the stuff that we've essentially trained it on to provide, you know, that answer. So Without further ado, I'm gonna go ahead and trigger a call to myself. Give me one second. Here we go. Now, one more thing to add is, you know, once the call is completed, on the backend I receive a— basically a summary of everything that just happened on the call, including, you know, what objections that they had, how did the call go, was there an appointment booked, like everything related to the calls. That way, if I I get hundreds of calls made, I don't have to sit there and listen to every single call that the AI made. Instead, I could just study the outcomes and filter by outcomes and then find the gold through that. Because if you're making hundreds or even thousands of calls with this AI caller, then you can only really do so much when you're making so many calls. Same way as a human. AI is taking over because the amount of work that it takes for a human to do all the things that the AI is doing is astronomical. Imagine having a human listen to every single call and study the transcription and then provide you, let's say, call it a summary of that transcription so that way you don't have to listen to the call yourself, right? Because most people, you know, at least clients that I work with, when they're on calls, they're not very good at leaving notes or dropping notes or writing as they talk. So, you know, a lot of times they forget about a lot of important details around the call. So without further ado, I'm going to go ahead and call myself here. Remember, this is a real estate outbound agent, and let's rock and roll. So I'm just going to call myself now. Here comes the call.
Hey, what's up, Angel?
Hey, who's this?
Hey, Angel, this is Ava from Human Logix Real Estate. I'm giving you a call because I saw you were searching for properties and submitted your info. Does that ring a bell?
Uh, yeah, I literally just submitted it. You called really fast.
Haha, yeah, we like to be quick on our feet. So I'm here to make your property search as smooth as possible. Let me ask you a couple of quick questions to make sure we're on the right path. Sound good?
Yeah, sure thing.
Awesome. So what type of property are you looking for? Any must-have features, maybe a big kitchen for hosting or a backyard for the dog to play in?
Uh, yeah, so we're looking for a 4-bedroom, 3-bath with a large backyard, no pool, but definitely need a fence because we do have a dog and we want to make sure he has place to go without having us to walk him.
Got it. A 4-bedroom, 3-bath with a large fenced backyard for your furry friends to roam freely. Sounds like a dream setup. Now, are there specific neighborhoods or areas you're hoping to call home?
Uh, yes. So we're looking for properties in the Tampa Bay area as well as in the Disney area. Just don't know exactly what area we want to move into yet.
Tampa Bay and the Disney area, both great choices. Plenty of options to explore there. Now, what's your budget range? A ballpark number is fine. It helps us zero in on the perfect option.
Uh, so we're budgeting around $500,000 to $600,000 right now.
Perfect, that gives us a good range to work with. Are you looking to move soon, or are you just starting to explore?
Options? So we've been looking for probably the last 6 months because we've been trying to do this early, but we're now running kind of out of time. We have about 6 months left to move, and so we're kind of in crunch time right now. We really need to find a property.
Gotcha. So the clock is ticking and you're ready to make a move within the next 6 months. No worries, we'll help you find the perfect spot. Do you already have financing lined up, or are you planning to talk with a lender? No pressure, just helps us tailor the process.
Yes, I have really, really good credit, so I'm not concerned about that. But the last time I spoke to a lender, I got approved for about a million.
Nice. Sounds like you're in a solid position. And finally, are you open to exploring some options with those features in the Tampa Bay and Disney areas with one of our agents?
Yeah, that would be great if you guys can send me some options. I'd be really appreciated.
Awesome. Based on what you shared, I think we have some great options that could work for you. Let's set up a time for you to meet with one of our agents. They'll go over some of the properties we have in mind for you in the Tampa Bay and Disney area. So what's your current city and state to make sure we get the time zones right for scheduling?
Uh, right now I'm in Miami, Florida.
Got it. Miami, Florida. Now, what's your preferred day and time for the meeting?
Do you have anything tomorrow at 3 PM by chance?
Got it, Angel. Let me check the calendar for availability. Hang tight for a sec, just a sec. Your meeting has been scheduled, Angel. You'll receive a calendar invitation from Human Logix Real Estate shortly with all the meeting details. Did you have any questions before I let you go?
Yeah, I have actually like 2 kids and they're gonna be with me, you know, when we do go ahead and see the viewings. I just want to make sure that that's not a problem.
No problem at all. We love kids. Our agents are super accommodating and we'll make sure the viewings are family-friendly. Anything else on your mind?
Uh, yeah, I mean, typically how long does it take for you guys to send me some options?
We're pretty quick on the draw. You should start seeing some options in your inbox faster than you can say "new home sweet home." We aim to get those to you within the next 24 hours, so keep an eye out. Anything else you're curious about?
Uh, yeah, I mean, if you can't find any properties in the range that I'm looking for, uh, you could definitely go up a bit in price as long as, you know, we do have a big backyard and a 2-car garage.
Got it, we'll keep that in mind. Flexibility is always good. We'll make sure to include options that might be a bit higher in price, but still meet your must-have features like the big backyard and 2-car garage. Anything else before we wrap up?
Uh, no, that's gonna be it. You've been great.
Thanks, Angel. You've been awesome too. Your meeting is all set for tomorrow at 3 PM. Keep an eye on your inbox for those property options. Good luck with the search, and we'll chat soon. Goodbye for now.
Boom, there you have it. So she just hung up on me considering that I had no more questions. And, you know, the idea of it is that someone is, you know, answering, getting all their questions answered besides, you know, the main thing like the property list that they're looking for. You know, all the intricate questions are going to be things that the AI will know how to answer to, like the ones I just gave, kind of gave an example. But yeah, this is just an example, mind you. I've retracted a lot of the information about the company, and so when you do train it at the level that we normally do for our clients, uh, it'd be a lot smarter and knowledgeable when it comes to giving exact pinpointed data. Like, um, you know, we can even train it on literally properties that you have in Tampa or in Orlando and things like that. So without getting deeper into the intricacies of how it's built, if you're interested, if you like what you hear and you're interested in working with us, we have a done-for-you service for both agencies and businesses and service providers where we do the build for you and help you essentially integrate this into your business so that way we can start calling your leads as they come in. And then we also have a B2B program where we can build these for B2B outreach as well, where you're, you know, uploading a list of businesses considering it's B2B and promoting your, you know, B2B service, right? Um, and so there are different, definitely different ways that you can use an AI caller like this. Um, this is just the calling aspect, you know, we combine this with SMS as well. But, you know, building this and training them at this level is what takes skill. And we've been building these for now about 2 and a half years now, give or take. Um, and yeah, so if you guys have any questions, feel free to message me, comment AI down below if you want to schedule a call and discuss kind of your use case. And, uh, if you're— if you have any other questions, you know, just bring them over to your call and we'll go ahead and handle those for you. So without further ado, I'll see you guys on the other side.
