InvestHer Directory - CONSUMER Launch Webinar

In this 90‑minute launch webinar, Anne Ravanona introduces Global InvestHer’s new global directory of women‑founded businesses and the broader "1 Million InvestHERs" movement, which aims to fund one million female entrepreneurs by 2030. She explains the stark gender gap in venture capital (only 2.8 % of VC goes to women‑led teams) and the projected $5 trillion economic boost from greater female founder funding. The webinar walks participants through the directory’s features – searchable by sector, geography, diversity criteria, and product vs. service – and showcases real examples (Swell, Briogeo, Pat McGrath, etc.). Anne highlights how everyday consumers can act as investors by purchasing, sharing, or gifting memberships, and outlines the community platform and tiered membership plans (Boost Her, Grow Her, Funding). She also shares high‑level advocacy work with the French government and UN Women, and invites attendees to promote the directory, nominate founders, and engage as angel investors. The session ends with a Q&A, live feedback from participants, and clear calls to action to spread the word across social media.

So welcome everybody, and I want to make sure that I've got everybody here. So hi Elena, hi Elizabeth, hi Rosario, it's lovely to have you with us. So Rosario's calling in from Dublin, Elena is coming in from Paris, and Elizabeth, she's here for Senior Women Entrepreneurs, calling in from the US. Thank you Elizabeth, I remember so well, and I'm glad that you you're speaking up for those senior women entrepreneurs, and senior meaning anybody over 50. And hey guys, I'm going 48 this year, so that's not that senior. Let's just say experienced women entrepreneurs. Isn't that right, Elizabeth? So, um, very, very happy to have you with us. So without further ado, I want to share with you, to show you, take you behind the scenes, and to help you understand why I set up this First of all, I want to make sure that you can see everything. Can you see it? Just please type in the chat box that you can see it clearly. I want to make sure that that's okay. Just type away so I know it's all good. I can. Okay, thank you for letting me know. Perfect. So here we are. Now, before we get into the actual directory, I want to share with you more about why we're doing all of this. So this year, given the year that's in it, I decided that I wanted Global InvestHER to make a really good commitment to help change things. So I decided that we're going to help get 1 million women entrepreneurs funded by 2030, and we're calling this the 1 Million InvestHERs Movement. And you can be part of it too, you as consumers. You have the power of the purse, so you can actually make a difference by investing in women entrepreneurs. You say, but hold on, Anne, I'm not an investor. Actually, you are. Did you know that today only 2.8% of big money, venture capital money, 2.8% goes to all female-founded teams? That over 80-something percent goes to all male teams? So it's ridiculous. And you know what? That hasn't changed in 30 years. And so there's a lot of research out there that's showing that if we invested more in female founders, i.e., in companies that are created and set up by women entrepreneurs, we could add $5 trillion to the global economy. Now just think about that. That is money that goes back into educating your children, that goes into infrastructure in your cities, that keeps the economy going. And so when you invest in a woman entrepreneur, when you buy her products and services, or you recommend her to other consumers, you're helping be part of that $5 trillion. And now imagine that was research that was done last year before COVID hit. So now I think that we're going to realize that even we have a bigger impact than ever. So I decided that we couldn't wait, we needed to do something. And so I've, I have created the movement called the 1 Million InvestHERs movement. So what is this movement? Well, I was very lucky and privileged earlier this year in March to have a private lunch with very few people, including Minister for Gender Diversity of France, and also Phumzile, who's the head of UN Women, who basically— we were all around the table with President Macron to prepare for what was supposed to be Generation Equality Forum, that was supposed to be celebrating equality and gender equality across over hundreds of countries around the world. Then what happened? COVID hit. So, this is a photo of me with the president presenting my ideas, and my proposals for 1 Million InvestHERs, and we were asked to come with ideas to help France, to help the G7 countries, and to help the countries around the world to increase gender equality. And I was there specifically giving ideas on how we can have more economic say and how we can create more equality when it comes to women. And so part of the commitments that I made was to do something about it, and I presented that to him. And a couple of years ago, in 2015, I did a TED Talk, and it was a lot of fun. And in it, I explained— I said, you know, what is an investor? So an investor is somebody who puts their time, their money, their effort, their mentorship, just their energy into something, into a project or into something, who expects— and that you expect a positive result. So it's not necessarily only money. And so I decided, okay, let's take that concept further. And that's where I came up with the idea of 1 Million InvestHERs, because an InvestHER is a woman entrepreneur who puts her time, her money, her effort into building a product or a service to serve you, the consumer, or the business consumer, or it's also the investor. So an investor is somebody who also puts their time and money into funding that company and helping that woman succeed. And it's also partners, so that can be business schools, it can be accelerator programs, it can be networks, it can be loads of other partners. And so what I want to do is help bring all this together towards that goal to help get 1 million entrepreneurs funded by 2030. So we can shorten that goal if you help us, and that's why it's super important. There's 3 different people that we are addressing with this incredible directory, with this InvestHer directory of businesses created by female founders. So what is it? Why is it interesting? Well, the first thing is it's the first global directory of businesses founded by women, and it's for you, the consumer, and it's for investors as well who want to put their investment money into it. But it's for you, the consumer. Did you ever think that you could find one place, a list of all the companies and the products and services created by women women-owned businesses that you could support? I bet you didn't. Well, now it's here, and I'm so proud to do that. We've had a fantastic team. I want to show you our team who's been working very hard behind the scenes. So I've been working very closely in the, in the first months with Tracy Thompson, who's been absolutely amazing to help get the directory off the, off the ground. She's been absolutely phenomenal. She's now doing her MBA at Harvard, so congratulations to you, Tracy, and I can't wait to work with you again in the future afterwards. And we also And we also have a new— I want to introduce you to Madeline Pearson, and she is our directory lead. So she's the woman who's working really hard behind the scenes now to help bring this directory to life so that you can find the products and services that you need, and they're all by women entrepreneurs. Now, why is this important? Because you know what, sometimes you think, Asher, Anne, I'm, you know, it's only me. What can I do to help those women entrepreneurs? I'm not rich. I can't do— I can't invest in them. Well, actually you can. You can by buying their products and services. That's how you can invest in them because the best type of investor for any founder is a paying customer. Whether you are— it's from business to consumer, so directly to you as a consumer, or a business to a business. You can give your business to a business that is created by a female founder and you can help us rebalance the economy and help us rebalance all of our society and our communities. Does that sound good? If you like the sound of that, say yes, yes in the chat box. I want to see it live while you're with me. So why is it and how is it that you can have a direct impact? So the direct impact is that anything that you buy or anything that you— if you invest in anything with regard to InvestHer, 10% of the proceeds goes towards the InvestHer fund and gets back to the female founder. We'll give them grants and pitch Okay, so that's fantastic. So you'll see the ways you can do that. But now let's get into the directory. I'm sure you're dying to see this now. So these are all the businesses. Now, we've— I've tried to make this as simple as possible because you're all busy, okay? You have busy lives, you're working, and then I'm saying to you, okay, well, how about you can buy your products and services from fantastic female founders? I want to share a couple of them with you here today. So this Swell bottle here, did you know— I mean, many of us have this Swell bottle around the world. Well, Swell is founded by a female founder and she's done exceptionally well. She's in the directory. I washed my hair with shampoo from Briogeo. She's in the directory. I'm wearing Pat McGrath eye makeup. She's in the directory. I am so, so proud to have them all with us. And, you know, for example, I bought this book from Arlan Hamilton, and she's a woman who set up her own venture capital fund. She knew nothing about funding, and she went and she's created her own fund to invest in Black female founders who are LGBTQ+ as well. But I invested in her. How? I bought her book. These are simple ways that you can get involved. So let's have a look inside this directory. Now when you come onto the directory page, you can see there's all these entries and you can click search directory to have a look inside. Or we can also make it easier for you, and that's what we've tried to do. So you can search by sectors or industry if you already know that you're looking for a product that's an educational product, or that it's a medical device, or that software for your business. Or that it's retail, health and beauty, because there are other sectors. We've already chunked that down for you. So we've already made it easier for you. So for example, you can check consumer products. You can say, oh yeah, take me— let's have a look at the food and beverage companies. So here we are. When you click on that, boom, we have chunked it down. We have broken it down for you. So here are only food and drink and consumer goods companies. So if you like tea, coffee, where can you buy your coffee? You can order from the Echo Store in the Philippines. Sipology, they have fantastic There's loads of companies here that are in the food space. Here's another one, Chaka Tea. They're really cool as well when it comes to food. Turbo Pup make very healthy snacks for pets who go hiking with you. So if you've got very active pets, you can buy your pet food from Turbo Pup. That is, it is made by a female founder. Swell, here is the bottle. This is the one that you can buy. Sarah Kraus. And so when you click on this and you say, okay, I want to learn more about Swell and see, do I want to buy from her? So So here you can check out what she does. So she explains what she sets out to do, what the company does, so you don't have to go looking all over the web for it. We've done that work for you. You can just come here and check it out. So you can check out, learn all about her. You see a photo of her product. You can learn about her company. You can go on her LinkedIn. You want to check and see, is she really the CEO of the company? Did she really found the company? Yes, you can check her out on LinkedIn. Maybe, you know, you have some connections in common with her. Who knows? Then you can see the different categories that she's that she's in. And then you can also search by keywords. Now we've done this for you and made it easier because we've put all the food and drink and consumer goods here in one section for you. But you can actually do that search yourself, and I'm going to show you how in a minute. So you get her website, so you don't have to go looking for a website. It's all here in one place. So you say, great, I'm looking for a really cool bottle that allows me to store my drinks either cool for 12 hours or hot for 24 hours or something. I don't remember the exact number of hours, but this is an incredible idea. Isotherm bottle that is very sleek, very nice to look at, and actually keeps your drinks hot or cold, whichever way you prefer. And so you can have a look and say, right, I'm interested in her. It's a D2C, which in business terms means direct-to-consumer, which all that means is it's direct to you, that you can buy her bottle direct off the internet. That's what that means. So as a consumer, you're like, okay, I can look at their website, but here I want to check out what they're doing on Instagram. So I can click on her Instagram and Takes me straight to her Instagram and I can see all the products that they're doing. You see they have loads of new collections. They do mugs as well. They, they have kind of shorter tumblers for coffee. So you don't have to go looking for it. We have done that work for you so you can check it all out here on Instagram. So then if we go back to her profile, we can do the same with Facebook. You want to learn a bit more, you're on Facebook, brilliant. You can click in, you're straight into her Facebook and you can see which cities and countries she's in. Now here's where we get to the cool stuff. So what we've done is we've checked, checked in with these founders and we have checked on their websites and said, right, what are the special offers that they have that could have for you that could be interesting for you? So this is where you check out special offers. So here they have a goodbye party sale, right? So let's check on that. Let's have a look. This is Swell. They have a goodbye party. This is a special offer that they're running. So it basically means it's the last chance where you can buy these particular products because they're going to go out there. They're basically last editions of them. So you have different versions. So that's what they called it, the goodbye party sale. So you can already go and get the special offer here. As you can see, the link is live. You don't have to be copy pasting. You're busy. It's there and it works on your phone. All of this you can see on your phone. So you can also check out a video. So if you click on the link, you can see a video or a PDF, or they'll send you to part of their website that is particular to learn more about their product or their service. And then here in this section, she'll tell you how is the best way you can support her. Now, you as a consumer, you have a lot of power. You don't only have to consume and buy something. You can help by shopping online, but you can also help by Liking their Instagram page, Instagram page, liking their Facebook page, sharing about them, that can really, really help them. So don't underestimate the power of that support. So then here she says, okay, here's the best way to promote me. Check out our complete line of products because they have a whole line of products. So it can keep your food hot and cold as you want. And then you can check out all the different ways to help. So one way is to promote her, another way is to buy from her. Again, here you go. This is the full shop. So we have done the work to pull out all the things so you don't have to go snooping all around the website. It takes you here. This is the full shop of all the products. You can come and see it. Okay, so it's very, very useful. It's very helpful. And then we have this section which I love, which is Boost Her. So you as the consumer, you can support her by buying from her, but you can also promote her. You can buy directly and you can boost her. So how is the best way you can boost it? You can share this website. She wants you to share her website or on her online store with your friends and family. Because you probably have somebody in your life who needs to have a really cool bottle that keeps their drinks hot and cold wherever they are on the go. And then if you want to see the company stage, you want to say, okay, is this a company that I'm buying from? Has it been in business quite a long time? And you'll see it's 10 to 15 years in business. So this is the type of information that you can get. Isn't it so cool? What do you think so far? Type in the chat box so I can see. So this is a lot more information than you would get on a normal directory. Most directories, first of all, there's no global directory like this. We are the first global directory of businesses that are co-founded or founded by women. So you know that when you come here and check out the products and services, they are all, you're going to be supporting women, whether you're just liking their Facebook page or Instagram. You know what, you could just be a conscious consumer and while you're on your bus ride come through the directory and just literally go into the ones that are interesting for you and follow them. Elena is saying it's phenomenal. Thank you, Elena. It's great to have the live feedback. So this is what it looks like when you get inside. And let's go back now. I want to take you back outside. So we were able— we've chunked it down by like different kind of sectors. And the other thing that's really cool is you can say, well, Anne, You know, that's really nice, but I'm in Spain or I'm in America or I'm in Africa. So where am I going to find— ah, well, no problem. We have done that work for you. So here you can find all the European startups, all the companies and services in Asia. Let's click on Asia. And here we go. We're going to have all the products and services that are created by Female founders. Rosario is saying, fantastic, Director, it's Trojan work. Yes, it is Trojan work, and it's done with a lot of heart because I am absolutely passionate about helping women entrepreneurs succeed. And I think that I want to bring this to the world. I'm so happy this is our launch party and that we're live now. We've been live actually since the 3rd of July, but really this is where we're bringing it out to the world. And how you can help us is to share the directory, and I'm going to type it in here. The— I'm going to type the address for you here. So I want you to share it with all your friends, with all your family. And if you're a conscious consumer, this is how you can help. So I was looking— I was showing you earlier on, hmm, let's look at the companies in Asia. So here we go, all the companies. Look, some companies in Asia. Now Say we go back and we say that we want to click on companies in North America, and you say, Anne, but I want to— I'm actually interested in companies with a Black founder, right, a Black female founder. We've done that too. So this is on the home page of the directories. You can search the whole directory, you can search by sector. Take it down a notch, you can search by geography. Take it down a notch. You can search by diversity. So if you want to particularly support members of a certain community, you can do that here. So here we have Black female founders, Latinas, LGBTQ+, Indigenous founders. So that's more from North America, Maoris, New Zealand, and so on. Veterans, that's more again North America, and founders with disability. So this is absolutely phenomenal. So you can come in here. So I know that certainly in the Black female founder section. We have nearly 60, if more than 60, out of the 350 companies that are live. Over 60 of them are black female founders in all types of sector, so you can check them all. Let's look. I'm just curious. Okay, let's have a look. I'm gonna scroll down. Okay, these ones are in Africa, Europe, Africa, the Caribbean. Okay, uh, where else do we have them from? We have in space, aeronautics, health and wellness. North America, you know, they're all over. There's a lot from America. This is in France, one of my clients, Carbon Saver, Noura Bari. So you can find incredible, incredible founders. So as you can see, you can search by sector, you can search by geography, you can search by diversity. And if you're an investor, because some of you may actually want to invest So for those of you who are maybe angel investors who are investing some of your private money and you're curious to look for some companies to actually invest in, this is where you can check out those early-stage deals here in pre-seed and seed. I would encourage you to have a look there. And if you are an angel investor and want to learn more and get involved, I would encourage you to check on the investors page where you can register as an angel and you can find out the extra information that you can learn as an angel investor. Great, thank you. an investor and the services we have there. Now, how can we take this further? We looked at geography, we looked at sector, we looked at areas of diversity, but what's missing, you'd say? Well, hold on, Anne, the very simplest thing for me as a consumer is, is it a product or is it a service? Exactly! You don't have to worry, we've done it. So here we are in the directory. We say we're going to give you a million reasons why you change who you buy from, because that's part of our 1 Million Investors campaign. You search the whole directory or search by products. Here are all the products and here are all the services. We have chunked it down to make it easy for you. Super cool, isn't it? I hope you like it because we have been working so hard. And here, if we check on this, on the products, say you want to search. So here, search results. Now this is all the products out of the 350 companies that are live at the moment, and this is going to increase on a daily basis. If you search through it by products, say, oh my god, this is tons of things like in the products and they're from all over the place. This is all the products, all the product companies from all over the world. Okay, so how can I filter them out? All you need to do is click on filter here in the top left corner and then add a filter. Very simple. So you say, well, I am— I want— I'm interested— it's not a company name. I think I'm interested in a category. Right? And so you can choose has any of these things, or is only, is exactly, or whatever is in. So let's choose— we're going to look in the beauty. Let's have a look in the beauty and let's see what comes up. So here are all the product companies that are beauty-linked, okay? And there's quite a few. But then you'd say, actually, Anne, I want the beauty companies— I'm looking for women who are particularly into beauty, and I'm interested in ones who are— let's say they're in France. And let's see. Oh, I chose one where there's none. Oh, that's hilarious. Well, there you go. There's nobody who's approved it because they're from France, because they're all the big companies. That's hilarious. But if we choose, for example, I'm just seeing the companies Stage, the Booster, the category. So we have the category, and we can also, in beauty and cosmetics, we can kind of even go further. We can actually go down to those that have beauty and cosmetics for women only, for example. You say, well, that's kind of everybody. No, there's some. So you see what you do, you just screen, you can scroll down here. So that's how you do it. You can just filter here. Then the other way you can do is sort it. Then you can sort it by alphabetical, and then you say, I want to see, I want to see all the photos first. So here we go, all the photos come up first. You see that, how beautiful that is? And then you want to get rid of the view, just click here. See how simple? It's very simple. So we hope you like it. This is a Really, we want to make it as simple as possible so that you, the consumer, can make informed choices as to who you buy your money from. Because you know what? When you buy from a woman, you're helping not only her family but her community to grow. Because women, and it is a known fact, we actually invest more time and we invest our money, and when we spend our money, we spend it on education, on food and on resources that's going to go back into the community, which is a different way of spending than men. So you know that when you are supporting female founders and buying from them, this is an amazing way to do. Now there's another way that you can also buy the change. You see, I want you to buy the change. We can totally change the way things are, are going. So you can buy directly from any of those companies on the directory You can share the link of the directory to any women-owned businesses that you know and say, you should be on this, you should be on this, come and be on this. Just share the link with them. If you're on social media, share, go to Global InvestHer and just retweet. That helps us. And I'll just put it in here. So on our Twitter, it's Global InvestHer, and you'll be seeing lots of communication. And also Anne Ravanona. There you go, you can see it in there. But in order to buy the change, You know what? What if you did something different at Christmas? What if you gifted a membership to a female founder? So that woman that you know in your life, either she could be a student, somebody who's thinking of setting up her own business, and you want her to, to learn about this stuff. Because when you become part of the directory, you also become part of the InvestHer community. And the InvestHer community is so cool. This is it here. This is a community only for the female founders. So all the women entrepreneurs from around the world They come together and they will be able to connect with each other. And you'll see, this is what they get when they come into the community. So not only do they have their company listed on the directory and they get visibility to consumers like you and also to investors, but also they connect with each other. And this is where we meet in the community. So you can see here all the different— this is the welcome things that happen that you see when you join. Here are the top members and the different topics, the top posts, what's featured, events, and members near you. So for example, in the topics, this community is particularly for the women entrepreneurs and who also want to learn about funding. So we give them loads of information, really chunk it down really easy about funding. So here, for example, it's only posts with regard to investors. So like their webinars, their articles, they can come and see what's happening. They can check each other by industry. So they can come and see who else is in food and drink. Great, she's in here, and you can reach out and partner with each other. So this is super cool, they can chat with each other. And guess what? They can go straight to the directory from the community, which is here. Boom! And we're back on the directory. See, isn't that cool? So what you can do as a conscious consumer, you can help by buying the products and services of those fantastic companies that are on the list. Share the directory. To those female founders that you may know of that, that are not on it yet and say, hey, you should be on this. And you can also pass it on. You can gift a membership to a worthy woman entrepreneur. So you can decide there may be some woman that you know who's created her business and you think she should be part of this. And you'll see these are the different plans. So all you need to do is to fill in the form with, with your favorite entrepreneur's contact details. So you pay but she gets in, okay? And it's all on a confidential payment, it's all on the great payment gateway called Stripe. So there are different membership plans, one starting at $29.99 a month where you get part to be on the directory and also part of the community that I've shown you. So she will be part of those. If she's particularly growing her company and she wants to have more exposure, maybe the Grow Her plan is something for her. And you can pay it monthly so you can manage that you know, for your own expenses, but also you can gift it annually and you get a discount. So if you are, you know, if you're in a, in the possibility to, you know, if you don't want to invest directly in a female founder just yet, maybe, you know, just actually buying a membership for one of them to give them access to the directory and to the community would be an amazing thing to do. So if they're part of the Grow Her plan, they will be part of the directory, part of the community, but they also get their products promoted through our social media, and we're doing live webinars like this where they will get to talk about their products. So every couple of weeks you can come and you can hear, and they will, they will showcase their products to you. So you can discover some great female founders from the Direct League just from here. So you'll be hearing from us again. And then the final membership that you can gift is for those who are really ready to fund, who are on the funding trail, and that's where we give them exposure to investors and other resources that are linked to funding. So you have the power to buy the change, and, you know, I would just absolutely love to see you do that. Don't underestimate the power of your purse. You can do it, and it's very simple. So for example, I discovered a woman entrepreneur. Her company is called Briogeo, okay, Briogeo, and it is a Black woman in the United States, and she makes these beautiful hair products for women with naturally curly hair. And I discovered it because I was doing research to find great women-led companies to put them on the directory. And guess what? A few weeks later, I went into Sephora here in Paris, and I suddenly see a whole range of Briogeo hair products. I was so excited. I went and I bought a bottle of the hair conditioner for my daughter Emily, who beautifully naturally curly hair. And it was just so cool. And not only that, when I was going to pay at the till, it so happened that the lady at the cash register, the shop assistant, was a woman of color as well. And I said, did you know that this shampoo has been created by a woman of color in the United States? And it's fantastic, natural ingredients, and fabulous for naturally curly hair such as yours. And she says, oh my god, I didn't know that, that's so cool. And She says, I'm going to check it out too. You know what I just did there? Even talking about great products and services and referring them, the products that you love and services that you love, it's an incredible way to support female founders. So I want to leave it open for questions. If you have any questions, just put them here in the chat box. And if you want to, um, if you want to, to show your video, we can do that too and chat as well. So Rosario wants to know, do Does one need to be a Global Investor member to access the directory? No. Yes and no. That's a very good question. At the moment, we're bundling them together, so you can just— I'm going to do a separate pack, Rosario, to be able to just be part of the directory. But to be honest, we feel that it's going to be most valuable to that female founder to not only be listed on it, but also to be You can not only be listed on it but to be part of the community. So if you're part of the investor community, you do have access to the directory already. So as I was showing here, here we are. If I go back to the directory here, so within the community, if you're already in the investor community, you're directly into the directory here. You don't have to come out of that. So if you're in the community already, you can just come here and check them out. There you go. And then you just return and you're back in your community, so you don't have to be jumping all over the place. So I hope I answered your question, Rosario. So any other questions? Elizabeth, she's lovely, she's saying phenomenal, can't wait to share this. And thank you, Elizabeth, that's what we want. You share it as much as you can. I'm gonna give you a short link. Let me find that for you while I'm gonna stop sharing and you just see me, and if you have any other questions, I'm not going to take much more of your time. Um, Elena is saying, congratulations, I've never seen anything like this, brilliant work. Thank you, Elena, it's so wonderful to have wonderful friends like you in my life. Hi, Narissa! Narissa has joined us. Narissa, I'm so happy to see you. Narissa is one of our members on Investor Community. Aside from sharing the link to the directory, what can we do to to support your work? Very good question. You can also share, share about Global InvestHer on, as I said here, Global InvestHer. So on Twitter, on Instagram, that's the handle. Facebook, it's, um, here we go. Hi, Narissa, it's so lovely to have you. Narissa is one of our old Narissa is one of the first members of the investor community, and she's from the Caribbean. How are you? I'm so happy to see you with us. This is exciting, super exciting. What have you thought so far, Narissa? I hope you've liked the presentation. Narissa is saying congratulations. Thank you. Congratulations. We need you on us, and we need more. I'm looking and looking and looking for great female founders from the Caribbean, and apart from— I can't find that many. And I know you know them, Narissa, so please, please please share them with me and let's get them on the directory and share this with them so they can be part of it. What do you say? So let me find the short link. Thank you, Narissa. She's gonna work and get them on board. Now, same with you, Elizabeth, in the US. I want you to help us get more female founders who are over 50. Now, there are quite a few. It's like, it's quite interesting because I originally started when the female founders signed up I had a place for her to put her year of birth, but very few of them would fill it in even though it's anonymous, like, and that's not information that we're going to publicize. We just wanted to know the year for statistics. It's not something that they were filling in, so it's harder for us to know which of the founders are more mature women and experienced women entrepreneurs. But having said that, you can gauge that as well from the In the directory, you can see how many years the company has been in business, so you can actually filter for that, the years in business, and then you can see, okay, so then I'm, you know, you can guess that those are women who are more experienced. So I'd also love your help, if you're willing, Elizabeth, to share it with more experienced women over 50 who are women entrepreneurs, because there's tons of us like, well, I'm not 50 yet, but I'm getting there, I'm getting there. We're super young, aren't we? Yes, we are. Yes, we are. So any other questions? I'm going to find a short link for you. So apart from the directory, the way you can help is just point anybody to Global Investor. So here's our main website. 50 is the new 30, says Eleanor. Totally agree. Oh my gosh, couldn't agree more. It totally is. Totally is. So here is Global Investor. So what you can do as a consumer is this is the main website when you go on to Global InvestHer. Let me share the screen one last time. We're going to see community again. So in the community, we can jump also to the main website, which is here. So you're never— you don't have to go all over the place. It's all in one space. So here is our Global InvestHer website. On this website, you'll find all the information that you need so you can find the webs, the pages of the directory that are relevant to your kind of friends that you know. So if it's founders, you can click here, boom, it takes them to the founder page on the directory. Okay, if we go backwards and it's— if they're partners, boom, it will take you to the partner page where they can see all the partners and become a partner. So if you know of corporates who want to sponsor our work, or if you work for a corporate, we'd love to hear from you if you want to support female founders. That's another way that you can support us. The other thing that we have, as I explained, is the community. So you can buy the community, access to the community on its own. I've shown that to you a couple of times, you've seen on the inside. And then the other thing that we have is an academy. So this is a whole ecosystem that we've built for female founders. So if you know of any fabulous women entrepreneurs in your life, your nieces, your granddaughters, your daughters, cousins, whoever, Send them to Global Investor because we can help them. We can help them get ready for funding if that's what they want to do, but also to help learn. Here we've got courses on crowdfunding and all of that good stuff. And here we have a list of resources. It's free, tons of free resources to help female founders, you know, funding tips, videos, meet the tribe, find investors, the top 10 places to look for funding. You got it all, all on Global Investor. So Come and check us out. That's what I would say. It would be share, share as much as you can. Now, who's saying this? Absolutely, says Elizabeth. Would love to— you'd love to help with more experienced women entrepreneurs. There are a large number of us in Australia too. Absolutely. And we want to get more in Australia. We do have— let's go back to the directory— we do have some female founders in Oceania. That is the continent So let's go down. I hope I'm not making you dizzy. If I am, I do apologize. I'm going fast. Here in Oceania, so these are the female founders that we have so far. So today we have 350 companies by women entrepreneurs from 30 countries and 75 sectors. So you've got a great starting point, and this is going to grow every single day. So keep coming back. So here are the different products and services that we have. You might recognize some of these: Elizabeth, Otomio, Persolio, Folk Tale, Hyperana. There's quite a different few. Look, all of these. So you know, waiting and all across different sectors. So waiting for you to check. Basically, that's it. You know, they're here. So come and check in the different areas. And if you, if you could, the other way you can help is to recommend companies that we should be adding. So if you know some great companies, simple as go to Twitter. I keep sending you back to Twitter. If you're not on Twitter, we're on. We're on in— so this is for Twitter and also for Instagram. If you're on LinkedIn, you'll find me on LinkedIn. So look up Anne Ravanona. I'm just putting it here so you can find me on LinkedIn and just send me a message there and say, hey, and you should put this company on the directory. We're gonna keep building this. Myself and Madeleine and Anthony as well, we're all working together tirelessly every single day to bring more and more fabulous products and services to you, the consumer. So have you got any other questions before we wrap this up? Because I'm conscious this is your dinner time for those of us in Europe, and coming to lunchtime and eating into your lunchtime on the West Coast, and into the afternoon you might have to go and find children and so on. So any other questions, type them away in the, in the chat box. And also do give us a some feedback because we love feedback. We love to hear what you think. But this is a— this is an important milestone for Global Investor. We really are excited about it and we'd love your help to spread the word. Simple as. So as you, as you put in your final feedback, please just say, say hi, put in the final feedback in the chat box. And as I said, I'd love to hear from you. As a conscious consumer, you can spread the word. We are sharing this message across all our social media, so if you're on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, you'll find us there. Just check out Global InvestHer and you'll see all these tweets. Just retweet, retweet, retweet, and reshare. The last few, the few messages we've had have been about the webinars that we've been doing today, but as from tomorrow, there's gonna be a whole lot of stuff to Just point people to the directory, point to the directory so you can check it out. So continue to share, that's super useful. But above all, please do buy the change. You can buy the change, and buy the change by buying products from those female founders. When you go on your Amazon, just before you go on Amazon, check it in the directory and see if what you're looking for, it already exists and it's done by a female founder. Please, it'd be fabulous. So thank you so much. Elena is saying bravissima, congratulations again. Thank you, Elena. Narissa is saying happy to follow other founders, Instagram and Twitter. Truly, Narissa. Thank you, Narissa, and I'm gonna follow you back. I think I'm already following you, but I'll make sure I will. And Rosario says great work, shared on Facebook. Thank you, Rosario. So Elizabeth, look forward to you sharing as well with all those fabulous experiences women entrepreneurs in Australia and in the world. Thank you all for being with us today. When this closes, you don't even have to go looking— what's the address for the directory? As soon as this closes, you're going to be led straight to it, so you can bookmark it. Bookmark it, please, and then share it away. All right, take care. Have a lovely rest of your afternoon, a lovely evening, and we will see you soon. Thank you for being with us.
