Anthony Goldner meditates 15-20 minutes every morning before anyone wakes up to stay sharp. When he skips it, he feels flustered. He and his partner Bri also ride horses together, which clears his head the same way meditation does.

With all that you have going on, how do you recharge? Oh, that's a really good question. I don't do it enough. I know that. I, yeah, there are two really important things to me. One is riding horses for fun. And one is like meditation is a big thing for me. I try to wake up before everybody and, and squeeze in like 15, 20 minutes to like meditate and just get my mind right in the morning. And like, you can tell when I, when I haven't done that for days and days and days on end, like it just seems like I'm just more flustered and I haven't like had a moment to sit and like ground myself. Um, but then I think if I miss meditating in the morning, if I can get out and get on a horse, that seems to do the same thing, like just clear my head. Uh, and usually Bri rides with me, but it's like, riding together, but we're both just in our own world. And it's, it's, that's a big thing for us.
