After the years of struggle and turmoil, I feel like nature is what really helped me to rediscover myself because it, it really cuts out all the distractions, all the noise, and you're forced. I mean, I already, I love spending time with myself. I love solitude, but you know, we're, we're so distracted with phones and TVs and podcasts and all the things that, you know, when you're out in nature and especially if you're doing something hard, challenging, like climbing a mountain. It's just you, yourself, your thoughts, and God, and nature. You're forced to reconnect with the things that truly matter.
