A coach describes overcoming years of imposter syndrome after a pivotal moment that let them step fully into the role. Anthony Goldner reflects on witnessing the transformation, noting how the speaker's vulnerability and newfound confidence shifted something fundamental in how they see themselves.
For, for the longest time, I've dealt with a little bit of the imposter syndrome. I won't lie and be super vulnerable with you. And I know every big entrepreneur out there has had a moment of that same feeling. And that was a feeling that I had for a while. And then it wasn't until this event that it sank in. I feel like I stepped into my coaching role. I feel like I I could help somebody at a moment's notice.
That's good.
That was so good.
I witnessed it. I saw it. It was an amazing feeling, even for myself, looking in at you and seeing the emotion, seeing the vulnerability, seeing that like, yep, I got this. Like, this is who I am now and this is who I'm going to continue to be.
Yeah. No, I think, and I think that was almost like another, like a weight off my shoulders too. Like, okay, shit. Now you've, you've stepped into your power. Like this is where you're meant to be.
