A speaker argues that most people quit because they underestimate how much time and effort success takes. Persistence, not talent, is what carries you through obstacles in any field.
Just don't give up. Don't— most people, most people underestimate how long it's going to take and also underestimate the amount of energy and time and effort that it's going to take. And as long as you don't give up and you continue to focus on those goals and you're being persistent, I think definitely that's one of the main things that I can, I can say that will get you through any obstacle in life, not only in engineering.
