Anthony Goldner argues that passion comes from helping others after you've struggled yourself. Complacency kills growth. The real move is mentoring people and lifting them up, which makes you better in the process.

It's the passion that you have and you now have the passion to help others because you see what you went through. Yeah. And how you overcame it. Yeah. And then the best part is, is you, you always say that I'm still not there yet. Yeah. And that's, that's where we want everybody to be like, we're not going to, you don't ever wanna be there. Yeah. You think you're there, now you're complacent. Now that's where things start to fall apart. That's where people start passing you up. And so you're always growing, but now instead of you just growing by yourself, You're now helping others grow with you. And that's where the passion's coming from. That's where the lighting the fire is going. And you are a whole new person because you tack on that part of it. Like you were already doing better by yourself and what you've learned, but you bringing out people with you has made you even better as a person because it's, it's that enjoyment. It's that love. It's that passion that you have with it.
