When you find the right team moving the same direction, you hop on a rocket ship with no turning back. If you're unprepared, it's a cliff dive where you build the parachute falling. Success means being all-in and moving fast with people who have your back.
You might do this, you might take some hits, but once you get to the point where it starts to narrow and you're in the right group of people and you're working with the right group of people or they're wanting to go in the same direction and you're holding hands, you stop walking, you stop running, you get on a fucking rocket ship and everything takes off. And if you're not ready for it, once a rocket takes— ship takes off, there's no going back. Right? The burners are going and you better figure it the fuck out on the way. 'Cause you know, it's no different than jumping off a cliff without a parachute, build it the fuck up on the way down and figure it out, figure it out. But, uh, you, you've gotta, you've gotta be willing to go all in on yourself, take action and pursue your passion.
