One of the things that we've built out are routines, and one of them has to do with the evening routine and having a routine in order to help you sleep and get that recharge that you need. Do you do something like that, or is that something that you implement?
As of about 3 weeks ago, yes.
So, okay. And how's that going?
It's actually going super well. I'm, uh, I had a, a regular routine, but it was kind of loosey-goosey. You know, you get ready for bed, you clean your teeth and everything. And then I would write in my gratitude journal and that was it. But now it's, it's more of, I stretch, I've got a routine that I go through where I'm just very doing a loose, quiet, relaxing stretch, then write in the gratitude journal. And by then I can barely keep my eyes open. I'm just done and I'm sleeping so much better.
