Here is a strategy to turn your competition into your clients with content licensing. So if you are done selling this content, if you're done with this course, maybe some of the content in a membership community that you've had for years, maybe some of your frameworks or methods or even smaller trainings that you are no longer using or you plan to phase out in the next three years, you can actually license that content to your competition. So I'm sure you're a leader in your space or we wouldn't be connected. You probably wouldn't be following me. So that means there are other businesses that look up you. You're well established, you're very good at what you do, and you've created probably years of amazing content. Now think of all the other businesses that are just a little bit behind where you are, that could benefit from utilizing. Doesn't have to be all of your content, it can be parts of it. One part of a workshop or one part of a standard operating procedure or one tool, and you can start inserting that into other businesses immediately. Therefore, turning anybody who would have may have thought of you as their competition into your clients and building an incredible community, everybody who's serving for the greater good to a specific niche.
