Always deliver your absolute best work. I don't understand how some people are comfortable doing or delivering things they know isn't good enough. A lot of people are talented. If you're a video editor, let's say each video you deliver has your name marked and associated with. If there was a week where you didn't feel like editing and just had to rush a clip, and that clip was 50% of your best abilities, in my opinion, you're doing yourself a disservice. This applies to all industries. Have respect for your own work and always deliver your best work. In your heart, you think this is good, always look for ways to improve it. There are way too many people offering a mediocre service or just good enough service.
