Here are the best export settings for Whenever you record reels for Instagram, make sure you highlight the part you want to export and then go to your exporting tab. Make sure you check maximum render depth and maximum render quality. As far as the bitrate, I do mine at 24Mbps, but you can do at 18 as well, which is acceptable. Head over to your audio tab and select the highest quality possible and if you have captions in your video, go to Captions and select the second option and oftentimes Premiere has done this in the past where it does not show your color grade in the final export. To avoid this, head over to Lumetri and check the first box and that's it. Also keep in mind, especially if you have an 8 bit camera, is to record in 4K and export in 1080p, so when the Instagram compression does take place it doesn't affect your image that much.
