Areeb Mirza shows how to set default video resolution and frame rate in iPhone Settings instead of changing them in the Camera app each time. Go to Settings → Camera → Record Video and pick your preferred resolution and frame rate so the Camera app always opens with those defaults.

Here's an iPhone camera setting that you should probably change. So instead of always changing your resolution and frame rate on the top, head over to settings, look for Camera, and tap on Record video. Here's where you can change your settings to what their resolution and frame rate should be when you open the app. You can do this with other modes as well. I find this super useful in scenarios where I have to record quickly or if I just forget to change the settings.
