I used to make content that was unbalanced. It was there to highlight what I knew, but it was trying to attract everyone. I started to get the good views and engagement, but instead of full throttling that, I put that into a complete stop and only started talking to my ideal audience. This filtered out people who were just looking to view my content and just wanted more of that specific piece of content they were never going to convert. And the idea of building a following of people who didn't want to learn or even had a 2% chance of buying a product from me ever, which could genuinely help them didn't sit with with me. If you're trying to take the sponsorship route, I get it.
