People are Auto Filling your facebook forms and its ruining your Ads.

Areeb Mirza’s YouTube tutorial explains why many Facebook/Meta lead forms produce unqualified or unusable leads—largely due to platform/browser autofill populating stale emails/phone numbers—and shows how to improve lead quality. Key advice: use manual leads with instant forms, keep targeting appropriate, force users to manually enter critical contact fields (especially phone numbers), add at least two multiple-choice/conditional qualifying questions that close the form for unqualified answers, prioritize quality (and train the algorithm) over raw lead volume, and implement fast follow-up (speed-to-lead) and backend CRM processes.

Are you getting a lot of unqualified leads using your Facebook ads? A lot of time wasters, people who just forget about your appointments. What I'll be helping you with in this video is telling you on how to avoid those and take the best practices to getting better qualified leads and also having those people show up to the appointment or actually pick up the phone and become an actual qualified lead which you can sell your services to. One of the biggest problems people face when it comes to generating meta leads is that they just don't know how to generate qualified leads who actually would be interested within their service. So if you use Google in the past, which is more of a demand capture service, Facebook is a more of a demand generate service. What is the difference? So demand capture is basically people who are looking for a specific service at that very specific moment of time. Let's say my electricity blew out. I'm not going to sit there and wait for a Facebook ad to pop up or an electrician. For me to solve that problem, I need it right now. So I'm going to go to Google, type whatever I need to type, and then get the results I want and call whoever the first result is, whoever I like. Basically that company capturing my demand because I have that demand and they're capturing me. Demand generated, on the other hand, is different. If you're a coach or if you're an agency or if you have a service, you can generate demand for that service. So if you have a marketing service or if you have like an insurance agency service, like whatever your services, if you think you can generate demand for that service, you can use Facebook to generate leads and actual qualified leads. You just need to make sure you that you have the process from start to finish. Like it needs to be perfect. So what I'm going to be breaking down in this specific video is how to improve the initial lead quality. So you're just not getting like a lot of dud leads right from the bat. Let's work into it. All right, so right over here I have my Facebook ads Manager. Yours should be pretty similar. If you're using Ads Manager, it should be exactly the same. So of course I'm pretty sure you're going over here leads, which is completely fine. You make a leads campaign. Of course you need to click on manual leads. Don't do tailored leads. As soon as you click on manual leads, you can just click next and then you might have instant forms. So we're just going to be talking about how to improve instant forms. Now there's a Lot of other various methods where you can use like a custom code where you can generate leads through your actual website, but that is completely from a separate video. But that is something I do recommend you looking into because the lead quality is just one of those who are ready to buy from you. So instant forms.
So whatever your daily budget is, whatever your location is set, the location alternative to that, I just recommend keeping it wide open. But if you are a local business, just make sure that you do put your local service. There's no point putting the whole of the United States. So yeah, make sure you do that. And then of course add your media, primary text and of course pretty much rest of the information that is required just switches to learn more. It's better. All right, now of course you come on over here, you click on learn more and then the default options that are given over here is the email, full name and city. And then you might also ask for the phone number, of course, which you might see over here. So you might just add a category and then you might just ask for a phone number as well. Now this is pretty much your form over here. So somebody clicks on your ad, they see this to fill it out and now you have a lead, essentially this is fine. But let me tell you what happens if you do exactly what I have on my screen over here. So sometimes, and most of the times if I'm scrolling on Instagram, Facebook, whatever the platform is, and then I see this ad and then I click on it and then I see the form which only requires email, full name, city, phone number. Instagram always has this auto fill button where you just press the autofill button and it'll just pre fill all the information. So this is a couple things and like this is very important to know. So the first thing this does is the information the person might be putting into by clicking on autofill might be very outdated. The email they registered from Facebook from 2007 might be the one that is being used on their email, which is pretty inactive at this point because I'm pretty sure that they've switched to another email. Another case is a phone number. Let's say they switch countries or let's say like they just don't use that phone number anymore, which is a very high probability that they don't. So you're like not getting a good phone number right off the bat. The only thing you might get correct is perhaps their full name and also their city. So those are like two things you might get correct, but email and phone number, you're kind of like putting it at a risk that you might not get the correct information for you to even reach out to them in the first place. Another thing is like, we need to make sure that we actually make them work for the form. We don't need more leads. If we're talking about more qualified leads, that is a completely separate conversation. If you want more leads, you can do exactly this and you will get a lot of leads. But 98% of them would be dud leads. Like, they're not going to go anywhere with them, not even going to pick up the phone. They're not going to answer your messages as nothing. Because think about it, they're just looking at the ad. They're clicking on one button and they fill out the form and they're onto their way. You need to make sure that it is actually a memorable ad that they remember filling out the form for. They have to work for the form. They have to make sure they go through the entire steps and actually put in the work to become a lead. We can't make it that simple. So the things I recommend you do is you can ask for the email and full name over here, that's fine. But when it comes to the actual questions, this is where we're going to be asking for. Like if you only want to ask for phone number, you can add in some multiple choice questions. You can add in like two multiple choice questions. You can use conditional logic. So either conditional logic is something that would help you qualify these people. So basically let's say they need to make a certain amount of money or they need to be in a certain amount of time period. Whatever your qualifications for your business are, use those conditional logic. So let's say yes or no questions and they click on no. So let's say, for example, I'll just create it here and show it to you right away. So let's create on the multiple choice is, and this is a very generic question, please don't copy this. So I'll click yes and then I click no. So if they click on no, we're going to close the form. We're basically telling Facebook this is not a lead. They're not ready at the moment. If they click on yes, we're just going to send them to the next question so they can continue filling out the form. So I recommend having at least two of these in your form where you can disqualify the people on a very straightforward manner. Like you either need this or you don't. Like you either are qualified or you're not. So for example, if you're selling houses and like you ask a question like are you looking to buy within the next three to four months or are you just looking? Or like you can add in another question, I'm just looking, I might be ready within the next year or something like that. Then you can just like close the format right now because this is only for people who are ready at this moment or at least within the coming weeks. Weeks. So you can like filter these people out pretty aggressively like that. And then notice how I have like an active phone number over here and not just over here. So the autofill information is not going to be inputted over here. They have to manually input their phone number onto this, onto this actual like short answer questions and of course whatever the input is going to be an actual phone number which you can actually reach out to them on. So you are going to know you're getting the most up to date phone number within this form. Phone numbers are usually more important to me. If your business requires emails more, you can just input like a business email address or please enter your active email address. Something along the lines of that. So again, very, very important you do these things. And then of course you can add in a couple more questions. You can have like a five to six more questions. And then like I said, make sure you don't worry about the amount of leads you get. Worry about the quality of the leads you get. Amount is important only if it is quality of leads. You need quality and quantity both in the same page. You will of course be paying more for quality because these leads have a better potential of closing. The only thing about adding less questions and just making it more simpler to fill out the form is just your cost per lead is going to be very low. But in reality you're only going to be closing like one out of every 100 or 200. So your cost per lead is not actually that low, it just tells you it's low. But in reality if you do the math on the people you close and calculate that per leads you get, it's going to be the same. It's not going to be the same, it's going to be more. Einstein corrected. If you qualify them properly and actually train the algorithm to tell them that, hey, I only need this type of person. Make sure to train the algorithm to a point where I only get this type of person. So aim for less leads at the moment, but go for quality. This would just save you a lot of time and headache. And then Another thing of course after and some businesses don't have this is you don't just stop here. Like you need to make sure that as soon as the lead comes in you're getting notified either onto your email or onto your phone. Because if you're just like checking up your CSV file every five days like you're wasting leads. The speed to lead feature when it comes to meta leads especially is very, very important. It's very important just across the board, but it's like even more important when it comes to meta leads because if you've built out your systems correctly, you're going to get the most qualified leads and you need to be reaching out to them in a timely manner, messaging them, calling them, emailing them and also sending them follow ups to the point where they actually book something with you or they just get on a fall and actually listen to your services to become a sale. So very, very important that you have the backend systems correct as well, which I'm going to be talking about in another video as well. So yeah, that is all for today's video. If you did find this super useful, make sure to hit the subscribe button and like the video because it just helps the algorithm. And of course like my goal for this channel is to provide business owners like yourself, service based business agencies, coaches, as much value as I can. And of course I'm going to be adding way much more material and we're going to be going way much more in depth on this where you can generate qualified leads by yourself. But if you find yourself in a scenario where you just don't have time to do this, you don't have time to set up the correct ads, testing 10 different creatives per month, per week, setting up a CRM in the back end, creating the content to actually help the conversion rate, which is a completely separate topic. My team completely takes care of this for you. It's a done for you service. There's a calendly link right in the description. Just book a call with me and then we'll take it from there. It's actually pretty simple and if you're more of an email person, I do have a newsletter right in the description. I send out short emails Monday to Friday and they're all related to what's when it comes to the marketing side of things. So if you're into that, it's in the description as well. All right, I'll see you guys in the next one. Take care.
