Areeb Mirza (creator) advises business owners who currently do all tasks manually to research and implement automations. He recommends identifying the most repetitive daily tasks, documenting them, and then building automations so tasks run exactly as specified, saving time and improving efficiency.
If you currently have no automations for your practice and you're doing every single thing yourself, I'm here to tell you that you need to do some research. There's absolutely a task that can be automated for your business. You just need to identify the most repetitive part that you do every single day and think to yourself, if this got automated, it will save me so much time. Automations will do things exactly how you tell them to. So pick a day where you can write all of those repetitive tasks so we can have those on automations.
