Short instructional clip where Areeb Mirza explains using a camera cage-mounted handle/grip to make vertical (portrait) video recording more comfortable and to produce smoother shots. He describes installation (attach handle to camera cage), how to hold the camera (one hand on handle, one on lens), and the ergonomic and shot-quality benefits.

Guys, if you record vertically, you know that sometimes if you're in this awkward phase for a longer period of time, your hand starts hurting and everything just kind of becomes a sore. This is where you use a handle or a grip, whatever you want to call it. You can pretty much get these anywhere online. So how you would install these is, first, you'll need to have a camera cage on your body, and once that's sorted, you can get the handle and put that on the camera cage. So this is how it looks with the handle installed. So with traditional recording, you know, you have both hands kind of synced together. It just makes it a better experience overall. What this does is kind of transform the horizontal experience into a vertical experience pretty seamlessly. So one hand goes over here, the other hand goes on the lens, and then you can actually kind of just get better and smoother shots just by kind of doing this. It gives you much better access to vertical shots, in my opinion. So, yeah, let me know what you guys think about this.
