Lighting is affecting the legitimacy of your business. You've started creating content, which is fantastic. You have topics picked out. You've found a way to structure the reels, and you hired an agency, perhaps to help you. But your quality seems like it was filmed in a Nokia 3310 and that didn't even have a camera. So here are some things you absolutely have to do. Purchase a separate webcam for your computer set, or figure out a way to just start filming on your iPhone with a tripod. For lighting, don't just use a plain white background, but chances are that's where your set is made or your office setup is made. Then push your set further from the wall, because if you're too close to it, any lighting you use on yourself will give a shadow behind you, which we don't want. So you can push your set a couple feet away from the wall to the point. The shadow is minimal, but it's still a white wall. I recommend either filling it with some things relevant to your brand, or just get a colored light to give some color to your background.
