Why do you even need content?
Welcome to the in depth tutorial on why you need to exist online more. Rather than just having an image of yourself on LinkedIn and saying that's your presence. Let's talk about it. Let's talk about the content equation. The more people know about your business, the more likely they are to become customers. Does this make sense? Like the more people know about your business, the more likely they are to become customers. The more people know about your sales. The more people know about your service is equals to more sales. The more. Right. People know about your service is equal to faster sales. So showcasing your services and products through content helps generate interest and leads logically. So I have some statistics over here for you. And this is mainly Instagram and the sources hootsuite if you want to check this out. So Instagram has over like 2 billion active monthly users. Even Facebook's even just more crazier. But if you use Instagram and Facebook like succinctly, you basically have 5 billion monthly active users in those platforms. Instagram is the fourth most visited website in the world according to SimilarWeb. As of November 2023, only 0.1% of Instagram users are only on Instagram. So that means like 99.9% of Instagrammers are like active on at least another platform. So this could be like Twitter or something. So just wanted to give you some statistics on just to better understand where people are living nowadays. So this would be useful for advertising. So knowing that, I recommend you start building your audience right now. So if you're saying that within these 2 billion people, your target audience market doesn't live here, you're lying. You're just plain simply lying. So what type of content should you create? So the number one factor is like what do you do exactly? Let your audience know. What exactly do you do? Create content using that. Who is it for your target audience? Who are you exactly speaking to? Talk to them. What makes you different? You most likely have competition. What makes you different? Create content using that, like write five, five ideas each for each point and that you have like 15 content ideas right there. And I've also added like a side note over here. Content already puts you in the different category just because people know you and not your competitors. So if you're a service based business, there's a high chance that people don't even create content within your niche. So if that's the case, you need to start creating right now because you're just going to take over pretty fast. So content drives sales simplified. So the number one is awareness. Your business is being talked about every single day. Consideration content educates and informs customers about your offerings. Conversion content persuades customers to take the next step and purchase. So awareness, consideration and conversion if done right. This is a very powerful tool. So content types to consider. Of course videos are just king. Like there's no beating videos nowadays. If you still have like your smiling face on LinkedIn and that's pretty much it, that's not going to work. You need to up your game videos long form and short form email newsletter Build your personal audience if this applies to you. So here's a content creation strategy. Some very very simplified guys Identify your audience Understand your target customers, needs and pain points Plan the content Develop a content calendar to stay organized and consistent. Consistency is going to take you a long way within content within the content game. Optimize for conversion. So hook visuals and call to actions to drive interaction. And if you couple this with ads to boost is what we suggest. Like if you started just ramen ads in the beginning you're going to like just speed through this process very fast.
