Worlds first cine auto focus lens #shorts #filmmaking #filmmakingtips #tips #trending

This is the world's first cine auto focus lens by Rokinon Samyang. Let's do a quick unboxing which is a pretty standard unboxing experience. But it's well packaged so this is what it looks like. And I've got to say as far as lenses go, this is a beautiful looking lens. The focus ring is smooth. There is a focus hole button on the front, something you don't see on cinema lenses. And the switcher from Mode 1 to Mode 2 lets you either change the aperture or to manual focus. This is the first lens I've seen with tally lights. We have one on the front and the back. Let's try this lens out in action and look how amazing it looks. As soon as you start recording you can see the red tally light come up to indicate that it's recording. I can see this being useful on camera bodies. That does not have a tally light to indicate recording. I will be making a video testing this lens out. Make sure you follow and stay tuned.
