10 Power Concepts to Scale Your Agency to ₹10 Crore in 2025

An agency owner shares ten strategies for reaching ₹10 crore revenue in 2025, covering pricing, team building, partnerships, delegation, and systems. Key areas include investing in conferences, managing money carefully, and finding growth partners to accelerate scaling.
Today's video is about 10 power concepts that will catapult your agency into super success in 2025. Watch till the very end. Number one, don't charge high ticket. Charge my ticket. Your business is a hundred percent reflection of who you are. With your inner confidence. See outside, we can say anything. But your inner confidence is what makes you a tiger. You want to be an agency tiger? Get up in the morning, do an exercise. Anything. 15, 20 minutes. Do a meditation. You feel powerful. Surround yourself with very good people. And then when you feel most unstoppable, write down what is your retainer number? For me it is 10 crores a year. You want a 10 crore rupee client. That's how you go for it. You become a lion. 5 crore. 1 crore. Whatever is your number, it is your number. So never focus on high ticket. Don't ask anybody if it's high ticket. You need to understand what is my ticket. Number two, hire a fielder. Listen, you've seen the game of cricket. Everybody. Every fast bowler has a fielder behind the batsman to make sure that he can support him if the ball goes. If there's no fielder, most of the balls will go towards the four run boundary and you can lose the game. You must have a fielder. When you're thinking big, you're rattling things around. You're talking to people. You're making decisions. You're connecting the dots in your poor, perfect, small, beautiful little brain. You need a second brain. This person, the fielder, will take care of all the things that slip through the cracks. After working with 10 years with different fielders in my teams, who are my believers and multipliers and my support system, sometimes I don't even have to say anything. And they understand exactly what I want to do. Tomorrow morning next month, I am doing 47 physical meetings all over the country. I am doing three roundtables each day for four days. And every roundtable has 10 people. So 120 people. Roundtables. Organizing the venues, organizing the teams, organizing the sponsors. Making sure the content people are there and the guests are invited and taken care of. Plus 47 meetings, plus my two spiritual tours. Everything is happening in the next 30 days. I am not involved in this huge logistical ecosystem that my team is doing for me. Only because I have the fielders to be able to do what needs to be done. When you think big and you have nobody to execute, your thinking big is a waste of time. So always have a fielder or at least two fielders in your team. People call them EAs or secretaries or assistants. I like to call them fielders. Number three, Bring growth partners at all times. Have your antenna ready. Who are the people who can join your team either directly or your clients or your vendors who can become your growth partner? I'll tell you how a client can become a growth partner. If a client's growth is above 100 crores, you can help him achieve 100 crores. He'll be able to give you a 5, 6% of the growth. He's a growth partner. A team member can become a growth partner if he's able to help you maximize sales and you can give them a percentage of the sales. A vendor can become a partner if the vendor is able to come to your team and say, hey, I'll help you scale your ads to a million dollars a year. Be able to help you go to $10 million and in return I'll take a percentage. Find growth partners in all these three levels and you will always win. Number four, money first. If you don't charge money, you de respect yourself. A lot of people don't charge money or give discounts and all of that because that's just a sign of insecurity. You want to feel good and you don't feel valued enough and that's why you're not able to charge High ticket recruiter. Ask for the money first. If a person gets offended for any reason and is not paying you money, that person is not going to be invested in their own growth. So they are not your customers. Move on to the next person. Don't tell people anything. Most of the time Teach. Don't tell. I've seen most founders saying, you know what I've told my team members so many times? They just don't do it. Don't tell teach. You've heard monkey see monkey do. It's not monkey tell monkey do. You have to ape the behavior. But again, I can't do it all the time. I'm not in front of my team. Awesome. I've created a learning management system library with all my videos that my team has to mandatorily watch to be able to understand what is expected of them, what they want to do and they're able to find all the answers over there. Ape what you want them to copy Next. Invest in conferences. The number one investment that a human being can make is in a health conference, is in a social media conference, is in a sales conference. Every conference you go for is an amalgamation of the best minds showcasing their top products and willing to talk to you for absolutely free. Plus it is a festival of people who want to learn something new. The energy at good conferences is almost amazing. I go for at least four amazing conferences every year and I'll tell you which ones. One is the web Summit. Right now it's happening in Vancouver. I go for the social media marketing world, I go for mindvalley and I go for the Success Gyan Summit. With these four summits I'm able to rewire my brain, meet new people, understand what's happening and be able to run multiple businesses with a 200 member team without getting flustered. Because now not only do I have the know how of what's happening in the next few months, I I also create an alumni network of these conferences who are always there to back me up when I need them. So invest in conference done 80% by somebody else is better than not at all done by you. Many founders think that they're going to make stuff happen. Honestly, when I review calendars of top agency founders, I see that 60% of the work that they thought they'll do in the year by the end of the year is not done. Do not put things on your table. Always look for the who, not how. Make sure that somebody is found who owns your to do list and is able to do 80% of the work at 80% of the efficiency than you so that there is more momentum in the business rather than a long checklist of amazing things that one day you think you'll do but you're never going to do it. Number nine Efforts don't pay bills. This is a mantra that you need to inject in your office. If you do not have results, you're not able to pay yourself or anybody else. A business is paid for its results. A business grows on results and results for your business are customer satisfaction, team satisfaction and money coming in from the client. You cannot buy any of these fancy to do's. I want to take care of my team. I want to take them for an outing. I want to do this. Nothing can be done unless you make money. So make money a priority. Don't be shy. It's not a bad word. It's a good word. It's an energy. Focus on it. Ask yourself what is it that is stopping you Back from starting High ticket today and my final and 10th point today for all of you people is the 555 just fix it system. Depending on the role in my company, I have transferred 5,000, 50,000 or 5 lakhs to different people in different positions. So no more am I the OTP manager in my company. No more am I giving payments or making small decisions. If somebody's come to the office, what should we order for them? There's the budget, there's a money allocated. Figure it out. There's a client who needs to be given a gift. You have a budget. You have a you have the money. Figure it out. There is an ad system that a new tool that you feel will help with efficiency. You have a budget. Figure it out. Just fix it. Allows me to later do a postmortem and if I feel any of these just fix it. Were not needed, I send an email and say this is my feedback and I think next time we can have a make a better decision that is much faster and better use of time. Rather than going through every single point, the owner, the founder has to keep his time, money and energy safe so that you can make bigger, better decisions. So ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, I hope you enjoyed this. These are the 10 power concepts to be able to catapult your agency. Take it to the next level in 2025.
