Hi. So it's time for the Askavi Arya Q and A again. And the first question I'm taking today is from Kartika. Hi, my name is Avi Arya. Father of two girls, six dogs, husband to a superwoman, a streetcar racing turned hotelier, then marketer and founder of Internet moguls. What up Internet moguls. Kartika, thank you very much for sending that question. The first question is, as a marketing.
Consultant I would like to know how can you help your brands grow a relevant target audience online when there is so much saturation of digital content.
So Kartika's first question is how as a marketing consultant should you be able to grow relevant audience for your brand because there's so much clutter online? Very good question, Kartika. So human beings have to be understood at a deeper level before we understand the brand, the brand promise, the brand positioning. Let's understand the human being who would be a prospective customer. Is it a mom? Is it a father? Is it a work from home mother? Is it a single mother? Do they live in a rural area? Do they live in a small town? Do they live in a large town? What are the demographics around it? What kind of friends does she have? What is her income? Where does she live? Now once you have that, we call it that a customer avatar planning. Once you have your customer avatar planning, you understand exactly who they are. So I always say write down the name, where they live, what society they live in, how much money they make, are they in a rented place? Are they staying with someone? Is it a joint family, Nuclear family, single mother, how many kids, how much is the income? What are the future dreams? What is she doing? What are her health challenges? Why do we need all of this? We need all of this to be able to understand that customer. Like a friend. Oh my God, I love it. Jam, exercise, transformation courses and then challenges. What are the features of your product? Just the features. Benefits, benefits. Now you have your customer, you have your benefits and you have your features. Now benefit, benefit or Konsa feature problem solve. Once you get that social media pillars then you will say okay, I'm going to. Maybe that person is overweight, ankle, knees, she or he wants to get back with us. Confidence. Then every day you will look at those pillars. Society, weight reduction, confidence. Then your social media doesn't matter. You'll be able to find the right solution and the right social media content that will hit the heart and convince the mind that you are the right marketing consultant and yours is the right product. Kartika. Thank you very much for asking that question. Very smart question, I'm sure. Guys, let me know in the comment box. What's that? One big takeaway that you had? Let me know in the comment box.
