Hey, guys, in this video, I'm going to tell you how, as an agency founder, you can get new clients Esm every single month. So let's get started. Aaja video, Kendar. Okay, so, guys, as agency founders, the one thing that we need to do is understand that our biggest dharma. Our biggest dharma is to grow sales every single month. In fact, as your agency ages and matures, it should be every fortnight and then every week. And why not every day? So in this video, I'm going to tell you how to make sure that you have a steady pipeline of leads coming in. Now, first, I'm going to tell you what not to do. See, I've got an agency founders group. If you're not part of the group, then you can join the WhatsApp group. There are about 3,000 people, and we're fast scaling towards becoming 10,000 agency members from all over the world. Now, what is the common mistake that I see? Everybody is taking out Excel data and trying to call people and saying, can you give me more cold leads? Sorry, it's not working. Number two thing that is not working, you're picking up their LinkedIn and randomly pitching to people saying, hey, what? Guess what? I can make you a better YouTube channel. I can make better videos for you. It's not working. Number three, you are asking people for referrals who have never, ever worked with you. Number four, in the agency community, or whichever community that you belong to, you are asking people, hey, this is what I do. If somebody needs help, let me know. These are four wrong strategies, and that's why you're not getting sales every single month. Now, I'm going to tell you exactly what you need to do to be able to get sales every single month. Go back to the basics. Do not try in urgency to say yes to everything that is coming your way. When you see other opportunities and other people doing different things, you say, I can do video. I can do this. Because that's what an agency is for. We can do everything together, right? We can do video, we can do production, we can do editing, we can do content writing. We can do blog writing. In one retailer. I can do 20 services and take care of the entire marketing for a client. And that's what's called an agency, right? I'm not saying it's wrong, but what I'm saying is when you're starting off and you go and say that I'm going to be a bouquet of services, people don't know how to compare you to the other people. And so therefore it becomes a commoditized product. And a commoditized product, like I've said 20,000 times, is a race to the bottom. So therefore, how do you stand out? You actually go on and make a list of the top 10 people that you want to work with. Now, I don't want these top 10 people in any niche, coaching, real estate, finance, hospitality, whichever niche. I don't want them to be a niche that you don't like or you don't understand or a problem you've not faced. You are a student, you're a youngster, you've been through education, you've been through, you know, you've had relationships with your parents, you've had relationships with a boy or girl. You've had relationships around the world. See, do you like people who talk about relationships, or do you like people who talk about health? Or do you like people who talk about finances? Or do you like people who talk about immigration overseas, which is the topic that you really like? Is there an event that has happened in your life which has really made you sore or sour over the years? Is there an event that has happened in your life which has made you very, very happy over the years? Think of those events. Which are those events? Is it an event in school you went through drama, and you love drama, or in school you actually went through a breakup and you hate relationships? Which is it? That was a strong emotion in your life? And think about that, and think about somebody who's doing a business to solve that problem for that emotion. Is there a health and relationship coach? Is there a mindset coach? Did you go through a root canal? And therefore, now you love doctors and you want to work with a doctor because, you know, doctors can really help you get through the pain. Did your mom or dad go through a surgery, maybe a liver surgery or a pancreatic surgery or some appendix or something? And then when your doctor came out and you were like, the doctor felt like God to you, and that was a big experience for you. And now you think you can help doctors get more clients, which is that one experience in your life that has happened which has really turned you. And you're like, I understand this experience. And the person who is there to solve that experience for their client, you've already been a client in the past. So that is the niche that I want you to capture now, once you've able to understand who are these three, four people could be doctors, lawyers, engineers, chartered accountants, construction workers. Anybody whose life has touched yours and on whose life you have maybe made an impact. Make a list of those two, three people and then step number two, go on Google and search top five dentists in your region, top 10 lawyers in your region, top 10 chartered accountants in your region. And then go and see what are the problems that they are facing. And you will soon realize that there was a plethora of opportunities that will open up to you. How do you find out the problem they're facing? Again, go to YouTube and search five challenges that dentists are facing. And you see lots of people have made videos around that. Pick up the top two, three topics. It could be dentists looking, dentist location, not working. Maybe you opened an office in the wrong location. Now he want people to come in. Maybe you say that dentists are not getting enough orthodontist, you know, expensive treatments and they're just getting normal tooth cleaning and all of that. So their problems are listed over there. First you've understood a micro niche, then you've understood their problems. Now you are fully armed and equipped to be able to say, I'm going to help you get a sale every single month. Now, if it's in your vicinity, guys, walk in, walk in with a plan. Create a plan. Show the dentist who are the top 10 in his region, what are they doing versus what he is doing, what is working and what is not working for them. Talk to them and say, you know what, I've got a plan for you. Walk in, wait like a patient, if possible, pay for a tooth cleaning, sit down with him, pay 12, 1400 rupees for your teeth cleaning, Go lie down, open your mouth while the dentist is talking to you, what do you do and everything and say, doctor, this clinic, the treatment that you're getting done, can I get you 10 more clients in the next week? Obviously he will say for that, after this, I want to give you a plan. Finish this, sit down with the doctor, show him the plan that you have, sign the deal there and then that is how you get clients every single month. Not by sitting and waiting and twiddling your thumbs and thinking that one day my lead will convert. Yes, Facebook ads work. Yes, LinkedIn ads work. Yes, all of these marketing techniques work. But if you're working for hyper local businesses which are in your vicinity, who is stopping you from going and actually being a patient for them? Number one, let me recap, number one, which is that one niche that has really impacted your life or had an emotional turmoil in your life, good or bad emotional experience? Number two, understand what are the challenges. Number three, just land up at a doctor's office. At a lawyer's office, if a lawyer is charging you 2,000 rupees for a consultation, bloody well go there and give the 2,000 rupees and buy his time. What is the problem? If you're going to a health coach and you want his time, pay them the 2,000, 3,000 rupees they're charging for half an hour. Go and get that time when you have that time. You're spending Facebook ads to be able to do what? You're spending money to be in front of a customer. This is also spending money to be in front of a customer. That is how the smartest of marketers don't wait for people to come to them. And this is the strategy that they do to do their ESM sales every single month. So I hope you like this video.
