This is a YouTube video titled "Be yourself #shorts" containing a motivational monologue recorded in February 2021. The speaker encourages authenticity and personal storytelling as a way to build a personal brand and connect with others, emphasizing the importance of sharing genuine experiences to inspire and leave an impact.
Don't try to be somebody else. People are interested in genuine stories of people and some people who are not interested. Those people are not meant to be your audiences anyways in the first place. So you will attract who you are and people will see in you what they have inside. Remember, you will attract who you are and people will see in their heads who they are. So don't worry about trying to be somebody or try to impress somebody or trying to have a story or saying, what should I do to be a personal brand? You already are a Persona. You already are a personal brand. Maybe Only known to four people in your company, or 40 people in your Rotary Club, or 400 people in your BNR network, or 4,000 people through your social media. But for you to be able to grow, you need to keep sharing stories of who you are, how you overcame challenges, not only to share your story, but also to leave an imprint into other people's minds and say, here is what I did and this is what you can do as well. Whenever you've done, looking back, like Steve Jobs said, looking back, the dots connect. So if the dots are connecting for you, then make it into a blueprint, make it into a cheat sheet, make it into a guide, make it into a knowledge database and share it with people.
