So today I have with me Dr. Umang Shah who is a dentist by profession. He is in Pune, he has a clinic over there. And recently it was a wonderful opportunity to meet him also during our Mumbai meetup. So today I've got this chance to interview him and know about his journey in the school. So as per the norms of the school, we will begin with introduction. So let me go first. I am Chahat, born and brought up in Indore. Daughter of a mathematician and a very passionate homemaker. Sister to an intelligent chartered accountant, an engineer turned MBA turned manager for E commerce platforms like OLEX and Amazon. Marked my way as an HR manager for a coaching institute and now a business consultant with IMOTW School since the last 1.5 years. So I am enjoying this journey thoroughly of helping people and guiding them towards their digital entrepreneurial journey. And how I have seen them growing is something which is very fulfilling for me. I have enrolled people into the school and now nowadays I've started doing these success case studies where I see that within six months or within eight months, nine months, 10 months, how they have transformed their business and their life completely is something wonderful. And I am enjoying this process of sharing it with all of you guys as well. So let's hear it from Dr. Umang himself. Sir, what about your hero intro first?
Thank you Chahad. Hello everyone. So myself Dr. Cosmo, dentist as my medical specialist, a father of an adorable son and marital superwoman. I have a clinic at Pune in Barnade which have been, which has been around eight years in practice. I am an artist, entrepreneur and now an investor starting my own business very soon. So I provide white, bright, gorgeous, beautiful smile. I specialize in smile makeovers from American Academy of Crosspoint industry. So because of this smile I help people get the confidence, get their, you know, self confidence in such a great extent that even they, you know, grow their business by attracting other people because everything is just related to connectivity. So this is how I help people by providing them a beautiful smile. So yes, this was my introduction, right?
Okay. So thank you Dr. Umang. And firstly congratulations for achieving the 10 lakhs of amount within 7 months of joining our school.
Thank you, thank you so much. I must tell you to indeed sir's, you know, contribution to whatever I have achieved till date.
Right, right. So if we talk about your journey since the time you joined. So you joined us around August which is like seven months back. So what were the challenges that you were facing before joining this?
I was not doing anything before joining. At that moment I start actually started doing something on Internet by posting videos and then getting online, meeting people, creating videos and that's it. And this is how my presence online created and I was getting inquiries through, you know, different social media platforms.
Okay, okay. So as you spoke about the challenges that you were facing before joining the school, now let's talk about which of the two reasons that made you join this group.
The workshop, the three day workshop that I had attended, it gave me a tremendous value for whatever he taught. In those three days it had changed me completely. Coming online, doing that task, I had overcome all my fears and that was the moment I thought I should go ahead with this, you know, a full time course where it will completely change my life. Because I was sure in these three days I have, it is, you know, changed so much. I mean I was very much sure that after joining the course is going to completely change my business completely.
Right, right. So the reason behind doing this workshop was also the same that we wanted people to have a taste of what they are getting into so that they work upon the basics also and they know that they are at the right place where a support team is also wonderful. Avistar is into full time teaching you. He's himself taking live sessions also. So during the workshop you get to know all the basics like from micro niche to business equation to customer avatar and everything. So after the workshop when people enroll into this tool, it's like they are already completely sure of getting success and with that success mindset they are entering the school. So that is really making a lot of difference. So if I ask you about like overall we have designed the system in such a way that you are able to spend time with your family, you do not have to travel a lot. At the same time you make profits in the business as well. So when we talk about overall life and work balance, there is then what are the three things that changed for you after joining?
Somehow, not completely, but somehow I would try to get system online online as in on automation. Creating videos and getting my online presence also helped me get more connectivity to the people and you know, spread my services online where they come to know what, you know, so what services I provide other than just sitting in one place, people don't know, right. What I give. But once I went online I was getting employees from all over, you know, Maharashtra and even from outside India.
Okay. And anything else that changed for you overall in life?
Definitely. I just told you it has changed my life from an introvert to an extrovert. My confidence level also has increased in front of mic, in front of videos and you know, everywhere. This is completely changed.
Right. Okay. So what is it that you are doing differently in your business now after learning from Avisa and what is the.
Amount that you have achieved differently? I started doing, you know, social media marketing by myself, posting videos not only on Instagram but also on YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, started with Facebook ads, Google Ads and you know, doing paid promotions. Started preparing for my webinars to get, you know, get my clients for my micro niche during this learning phase and because of the online presence of inquiry till date it's been around, around 10 lakhs which I have achieved. And yeah, there's lots more to learn from this school as well.
Yeah, like it's a complete one year of membership that you have. So a lot is left now. So I'm sure that you will be going through all the videos of the learning management system. You will be learning a lot, a lot more from the Thursday master classes. So you still have like six, seven months more to go.
Yes.
So you can definitely achieve much more. So another thing would be like there are some people who are still thinking whether they should be joining or not. There are some of the other dilemma in their mind. So what would be, what would you like to share with those kind of people who are still thinking whether we should join the school or not?
Obviously you won't believe that around you know, five or six people in my contact sphere or my community. I've already suggested this, this school just attend three days of October, you get an idea, you know, if you, if you like you can enroll to the school as well. So definitely I would recommend this school, you know, to change your life, your business. If you want to grow you, you need to learn from an expert, that is for sure. So yes, definitely from my experience you need to. I would recommend that join the school makes sense.
Definitely. So the reason which I also mentioned to people like when I am doing meetings or that is like there are, there is a possibility that if we tell you that what all things need to be done, maybe you try doing it. But when it comes to joining the school, the difference Here is you be a part of a proper structure, a proper community who is going to be very supportive and also all the coaches who are going to handle you towards your success. So that really makes a difference. And also like Avisar, they sent to take in life. So there is like no doubt about it that you won't be getting success in your life and in your business. So that like does wonders when it comes to sharing successes with like different community members. And I'm sure like people around you also must have witnessed your growth and things that you are doing differently, things that you were not doing before and now you are doing it.
