Human beings, I hate the word employees, family members, teammates, colleagues, they're like babies, they're like your neighbors. Doesn't mean that you know more than them, but you somehow have to follow them. And sometimes you have to mother them, you have to discipline them, you have to tell them where they're going, right? And you have to continuously guide them. There are some people that you will talk to and it's like you wind them up with positivity, with encouragement, with love, with guidance. Tell them what to do, wind them up and they'll go a distance. And there are some people you wind up and they go only a very short distance and then they stop. So you have to know which guy or girl needs what kind of winding. You wind them up with discipline, for sure. With some systems and processes and a lot of love, empathy, guidance. You have to understand that other person, where is he coming from? Because where your mindset is and the other person's mindset is they might not fit or they might fit when he joined and then later your mindset changes and his mindset changes and you're not fitting. That doesn't mean that that person is different or you're different, but you have to still make it work. You have to come from a place of empathy. So one of the things that I try to do every day at Internet mobiles is to meet as many people as possible. Is everything okay with the at home? Are you feeling healthy? Are you feeling good? Is there any crying problem? What is weighing you down? Can I help you with something? Just to know that there is somebody there to help you, somebody there you can talk to in this big, bad, bad, mad, mad, mad world, gives the encouragement to every child that he can fight any fight in life. Since every colleague of yours is your responsibility, once you give them that love and inner peace, that thing that I am with you, it helps them fight any challenges. And that's how I like to run my company.
