Typically for good fitness level is I'll do a combination of workout because like most people who run companies, I tend to get easily bored if I do just one thing.
Right.
So I have a mixture between, uh, Iyengar yoga workout, which is what I do. Ideally I should do 2 times a week. I have a swim workout which I would do typically 3 times a week, and then I have a gym weight training workout which would be about 2 times a week. And then I make sure that my daily commute is a cycle ride. So it's about 25 to 28 minutes of cycling every day, two ways. And yeah, I've been—
25, 25?
No, 25 total. It's not very far where I'm at. It takes me about 15 minutes to get to the office on longest period of time. So if I'm riding fast, I'll be there in about 12, 12 and a half minutes. So about 25 minutes of cycling every day cumulative is what inevitably happens. And on some days it could be more because if I'm— I have a rule that if I have a meeting in a 4-square-kilometer radius, then I will cycle to the meeting. Lovely.
So cycling, swimming, and yoga and weight training. Yeah, so what is your score on Get Fit on 7? Probably 4. 4, okay.
