Hi, my name is Munim. I am founder of BigLeap. We are a B2B marketing company focused towards manufacturers and helping second generation who joined their family business grow through marketing. My biggest takeaway today was every day, you know, firefighting used to happen. Reviews used to happen on a daily basis. Every day I used to sit and discuss with team what is going wrong, what is going off. But right now I have, during this session, I have sent calendars for Monday morning. And Wednesday morning, so like 2 reviews to start with. And in terms of plan your next week, one thing that you said was it should be outcome-based, not task-based. So that's something I want to get implemented with the team, how we can make it more outcome-based rather than just adding tasks to their list. So these are the learnings for me.
