Two people discuss why mentorship matters for building a successful career or business. They cover how mentors help you learn skills faster and avoid costly mistakes, and why finding the right mentor should be part of your plan.
When people start getting to that level of success, followers are coming and all of that.
What should be their next step?
I mean, what would be their monetization journeys after that?
Get strong. Mentorship. That's pretty much what I did. I'm also an engineering grad. When I needed a learn video, I got mentorship on video. I found video professionals to teach me about lighting. All that at every stage. Today I'm trying to say, if I'm trying to launch a clothing line, I will go and get mentors from the fashion industry. So whatever you're trying to do, the path is usually chopped out by your mentors. That's just what I feel.
So you're saying that instead of wasting time in trying to figure something out, get somebody who knows how to.
