How Do You Keep Up The Level Of Creativity?

This is a YouTube video titled "How Do You Keep Up The Level Of Creativity?" containing a discussion between two speakers about leadership style and maintaining creativity and motivation within an organization. The conversation includes insights on daily rituals, motivational practices, and team mindset management. The content is from December 2017 and focuses on organizational culture and personal motivation techniques.
I would be more interested in how do you, what's your leadership style in terms of how do you keep, keep that creativity, you know, up in your organization? Because I've seen your videos, I've seen you know, glimpses into your office, right. Read your blogs and all that. How do you keep that thing up and going? Because you know, creativity is probably self driven. And then how do you keep that motivation level up?
I don't really. I like to motivate myself most often and when I'm motivated I think I spread it, you know. So we do a few rituals. We have, I learned this from Robin Sharma that everybody should have some rituals. So our ritual is every morning in the office, 9:30 and every afternoon at 2:00 clock sharp from the day we started. Every single day without fail just means it never, never happened. We do a Gayatri mantra 11 times and after that we do three videos on one. Could be like a Sadhguru video or a Robin Sharma video, something which uplifts a person. And then two videos on what is new in YouTube or Facebook. Because my single biggest fear in life is and I used to have dreams like this. So I used to have these scare that one day I'll get him in the morning and I'll get a call from a client and they'll say, and I say I don't know. And that's it. From there things will go start going down because then he'll call somebody else. I don't mind that. So I started learning and reading a lot. So then I was like these people have to, you know, the client contact is with them. So we do these two trainings and the idea of this training is not a YouTube. The idea is that I feel somebody hears a motivational lecture, watches a nice movie or reads a nice book. It's like under say I close my eyes and I imagine human body like. And then because you know, then negative thoughts start coming down. This is normal. Is my job to write it up. Which doesn't mean that. So I've done it through a process. I'm not in the office most of the time but the process writes people up. Sometimes Karan will sing a song, somebody will say something and you know, then we say that you are determined by what is going on in your head. So just tell us one word, this is going on in your head and then try to change it. We're not giving you a lecture what to do. So the entire office gets up. About 100 people are there in the office at any given time. Everybody gets up and says, somebody says client pressure. Somebody says fear because they're transitioning from one job or something happened in the family once you identified and been aware of one word. Today my mind is engulfed with this, but I'm this fear. So then it's up to them if they want to change it or not. But that awareness comes in. So we break. They forget for some time that and that restarts it. That's all I do. I was like, so we just do this short sessions and then everybody shares their stories once or twice or thrice a week. Everybody shares their own stories. So everybody just shares their own choti chodi stories. And that's all, that's all we do. We don't have the budgets to do corporate retreats, to do this, to do that or whatever. But YouTube. So we, you know, we put it on and you know, we show it to people and like they say 95% people will anyways not do the stuff. So you keep on doing it. Some people will. They say that in the 18th century there used to be no books, no Internet books. So people used to go to gurus and only 2% people were successful. But today where we have all the knowledge here, even today, 2% people are successful because.
Knowing doing gap is always.
Going to be there. So as long as I think you're a better version than you're yesterday. And another thing I try, which I'm not successful at, but that people who are not in the right frame of mind, they should not be part of that 11 member team. It doesn't mean he's a bad person, but he's just not part of the team. Because if I as a leader allow two people who are in a different mindset to be part of this, they'll pull everybody down. So because that guy is now working with 10 clients, how do I pull him out? But he's not right for the mindset, not for the work, for the mindset though. Mindset versus clients. This is my big trade off. It's a big trade off. Don't.
