Foreign. Hi, this is Avi Arya, father of two girls, six dogs, husband two superwoman, a streetcar racer turned hotelier, now social media marketer and founder of Internet Moguls. Ladies and gentlemen, today's topic is how do I become a personal brand like Gary Vee? You know what? This is maybe one of the most searched questions on the Internet and I get asked a lot. I don't know how to become a personal brand like Gary Vee. He is a legend. He's done things amazingly well. The whole world follows him. I know how to be me and I want to talk to you today about how to be you. Listen, a personal brand is exactly what it is. It is a personal brand. It's not how to be a Gary Vee brand. How to be, you know, it's a question which has got how to be a personal brand like Gary Vee. You need to be you, my friend. My name is Avi Arya, father of two girls, six dogs, husband to a superwoman, a streetcar racer turned hotelier, now social media marketer and founder of Internet moguls. This is my hero introduction that goes in the beginning and the end of every story. Every time somebody hears my video and I make multiple videos every day. There are hundreds of videos of mine on the Internet. There'll be thousands very soon and tens of thousands very soon. Every video I'm going to leave an imprint of my hero introduction market. It's called the MVM Hero introduction and you should have a hero introduction of your own as well. And if you. The more you put in your hero introduction on the Internet, the more people understand who you for who you are. What am I doing? I'm telling you my story in a short hero format. Father of two girls, six dogs. I love dogs. Run a rescue at home. We have six to eight dogs at all times. Husband to a superwoman. My wife is great. She does a great job. She allows me to do so many things. All of that I put into a nutshell and said husband to a superwoman. Streetcar racer. I used to be a streetcar racer. My dad took me off the streets. I started working. I started working, discovered the Internet, took my dad's business from one to four hotels. After this we started a travel company, did affiliate, did all of that, got a lot of fame. At a very early age, people said, can you do this for us? I started an Internet marketing agency with four members called Internet Moguls. Today, by the end of 2019, we're going to be at the end of 10 years with 225 people working with 700 clients. I continue to talk about my real, personal, genuine story and my hardships and everything that we went through to be able to build and continue to build an agency. I talk about my challenges of getting new clients and I talk about my challenges of how we lose clients and what happens. What are the systems that are working for me at Internet moguls? What is not working for us? What are the challenges that happen when you rescue a dog from. From a. From a home where he's really, you know, abused and he comes into your household? How much time does it take to adjust how it is to raise two daughters and still travel the world and all of that? I miss them. We write books together and I'm an. They're co founders in some of my ventures. I spend time. The story that I've written is called Bedtime Stories for Tomorrow's Entrepreneurs. You see what I'm doing? Are you listening to me or are you just hearing it? Are you listening? Are you actually getting it inside your head, in your mind? Ladies and gentlemen, what I'm trying to tell you is I am talking about my story all the time. It's my story. So make a hero introduction and then make a long format story. Whatever's happening in your life, whatever's happening on an everyday basis, whatever's happening from now, don't try to be somebody else. People are interested in genuine stories of people who are and some people who are not interested. Those people are not meant to be your audiences anyways in the first place. So you will attract who you are, and people will see in you what they have inside. Remember, you will attract who you are and people will see in their heads who they are. So don't worry about trying to be somebody or try to impress somebody or trying to have a story or saying, what should I do to be a personal brand? You already are a Persona. You already are a personal brand. Maybe only known to four people in your company or 40 people in your Rotary Club or 400 people in your BNR network, 4,000 people through your social media. But for you to be able to grow, you need to keep sharing stories of who you are, how you overcame challenges, not only to share your story, but also to leave an imprint into other people's minds and say, here is what I did and this is what you can do as well. Whenever you've done, looking back, like Steve Jobs says, looking back, the dots connect. So if the dots are connecting for you, then make it into a blueprint, make it into a cheat sheet. Make it into a guide. Make it into a knowledge database and share it with people. Do a webinar every now and then. Share videos, make podcasts, whatever. Share information more and more about what's happening in your life. Do not fear being judged. That is how you become a personal brand. People love people who are just being themselves and to be yourself, you don't need to think about who you are, who other people are. Gary Vee is a personal favorite of mine. Everybody knows that. I've been able to meet him a couple of times. We've done many videos. If you want to see a video of how I met Gary, there's a video on YouTube called How have we met Gary? How have you met Gary too? And how have you met Gary? Three. There are three episodes. I'm sure you're going to love all the meetings that I had with him. But let me tell you one thing. Gary Vee is his own person. Navi Arya is his own person. Or you are your own person. Share your story. Please do yourself the favor of continuing to be authentic and genuine and share what's happening in your life to whatever extent you're comfortable with. That is how you become a personal brand like Gary Vee. He shared his own story and he refuses to be anybody else but himself. Ladies and gentlemen, once again, this is Avi Arya, father of two girls, six dogs, husband two superwoman, a streetcar racer turned hotelier, now social media marketer and founder of Internet Vogels.
