How to convert one video into 28 pieces of content in 15 minutes?

Avi Arya and Honey Singh show how to turn a single video into 28 separate pieces of content in 15 minutes. They cover repurposing strategies, tools for creators, and how to build community engagement from one piece of footage.
Every video is focused on one subject. You don't say anymore. I am a call myself a softwarepreneur. I like to solve problems with software. Really understand your customer and their. Their pain.
Like, okay, today I want to talk to you about Repurpose and I'll pull out your training.
So we also have a course that's free as well. So before we get started, I want to just kind of give a high level overview.
Always tell people a story, their pain.
Points or what they're struggling with, and create content around that.
Hey there.
Hey, Avi. How are you?
I'm very well. How are you?
I'm doing good. Good to meet you.
Good to meet you as well. Thank you very much for taking the time out for this.
No problem. My pleasure. Sorry, what's going on here? Whoa. Sorry. I'm just trying to. Zoom is doing funny things today.
No, no, no. It's been doing funny things for the last two days. I've heard that from a lot of people.
Yeah, yeah, I'm trying to.
The stock went up three times, so that's a good thing.
That's a good thing for sure for them. Yeah, no, I'm just trying to. I might have to reconnect again. It's. I can't access my browser. I'm trying to get my screen sharing set up. Okay, let me just quit and hop right back on.
Where are you right now, honey?
I am in Toronto.
Oh, nice. Yes.
How about yourself?
Vancouver.
You mentioned you're in Vancouver. Yeah. Is that a permanent place or is that visiting?
No, no, it's permanent and. But I used to travel a lot. But thanks to Covid, I'm home now.
Yeah, there are Definitely some positives.
100%.
No, no.
100%. It's completely changed the way we, you know, we have a team of 225 people and I used to keep going back and forth to India, and now Covid happened. First four months were the, you know, were. Were painful. We didn't know what to do. But now it's all sort of restructured. Everybody's in different parts of the world and, you know, it's just so much fun because we're able to do. I mean, there are challenges and, you know, not meeting in person and all of that, but it's balanced off with me having, you know, getting to spend more time with my family. So that's also.
Your whole family is back in Vancouver now, right? Kids. I know. I see your kids are helping out. That's amazing.
Yes, yes, yes, absolutely. Very driven. They're very driven. And in fact, my elder daughter, yesterday, she in school, she got marketing and entrepreneurship as one of her electives. And I said, you've already been doing this for two years. So, yeah, she's interviewed everybody on the planet. Almost.
Wow. What. What grade is she in?
She is now 11. Yeah.
Oh, wow.
Three years we've been traveling around the world, meeting people, zoom calls. We wrote a book. Now we're writing a second book, doing our podcast. All of that reaching out to people, all of the difficult stuff, you know, that they've been doing, so. And they see that eventually it starts working. And they've also seen that sometimes we interview 10 people, and then the 11th person is like, you know, oh, why don't you come on my show as well? And then they get an opportunity. So they get. They're getting a sense of how business works. Every opportunity doesn't change your life, but if you're consistent with it, there are spikes that come in. So there are lots of lessons for life lessons for them. And plus, I get to spend time with them. And it's interesting. And that's the most rewarding part.
Well, it's amazing. Yeah, it's amazing experience for them, and it's amazing experience for you to be. To be with them. To do this with them.
Yeah, Yeah, I know, I know. It's a selfish. It's a selfish endeavor. Awesome. So you heard so much about Repurpose. And so we run two communities, honey. And my emails have already, you know, explained it, but one is, so I run an agency called Internet Moguls, where we do the agency work. Then I have a school called Micro Video Mastery where we have about 800 students, and we. They're all entrepreneurs from different parts of India. And every week we have a session with them where we teach them something new about marketing through videos and repurposing their content and all of that. Then the new school that we're building is called the Internet Moguls of the World. So what we want to do is that we want to interview you for, you know, how did you start your story? And then if you have a presentation to run us through how exactly we can use this, and then we will inject both these trainings into both our schools and promote them, you know, on a periodic basis. So more people come in, they hear your story on how you got started, they hear how exactly this tool is to be used, and by the end, we'll have the link so people can go and buy and register and all of that. So we're going to make sure that out of all our students, people are reintroduced to all our tool partners periodically. So that. Because what happens is that especially in our community, we've got about 136,000 subscribers who want to hear from us every week on our email list. And we do webinars every week, which are 700 to 3,200 people at a time. And all of that, every time when they ask about tools or softwares, they feel disconnected because they feel it's like something in the cloud. And therefore, I like to bring in family people like you, interview you, talk to you, have you introduce your product so that they see the human side of the product and then they relate to it more, and then they use the best products in the market.
So that sounds great. So we also have a course that's free as well, which goes into a lot of detail. So what I'll do is, you know, once we talk about the story and the background information, I'll give an overview what the software can do, and then I'll share my screen and show one example of one thing you can do. And then maybe we can say, hey, you want to learn the rest of it? Um, we have a free course, so we can do that way if you prefer, like for me to do the whole to demo, everything will be take like, of course.
Just maybe two, three things. So we can keep a 57. We can have at least 30 minutes of the demo session so that I can use content again and again in my life, in my trainings. You know, I'll be like, okay, today I want to talk to you about repurpose and I'll put out your training so that 30 minutes.
So. And video creators is kind of like the most like, as opposed to podcasters, probably video.
