Now, I wanted to make this video for everybody who's running a business or is in an entrepreneurial setup and is looking to monetize conferences. Number one, yes, you should go for conferences because it's the best way to meet as many people as possible. But there are strategies, like there are strategies for everything else in life. You can go to the gym every single day, but if you don't know the right exercises to do, you don't have the right diet, you don't have the right follow up with the trainer and all of that, you are not getting to the level of success that you normally could. Similar with conference sales, I've done over 300 conferences in the last so many years that I've been working. And every time I feel I'm getting tired and I don't need conferences, I make one more connection and that takes my business to that absolute next level. But here's the strategy part. Every conference has at least 300 to 3,000 people attending. Every conference has 50 to 500 people exhibiting. You need to know up front, months, at least six months in advance who all are coming. Are these people your prospective clients? And then fix meetings with those top level people. Top level people have got their calendars booked months in advance. They're not going to be there last minute, number one. Number two, top level people or people who are decision makers who might want to buy your product or partner with you to a joint venture, get you to get their product to your country or vice versa, those decision makers have a calendar chopped out. And those people are not at the event all the time. They are also looking at influencers and they are also looking at the right people to do meetings with. So after the first day, in my experience, they're gone. They're gone for the after party. They gone to the VIP party, they've gone to those clients that they want to do business with. So on the second or third day, you're meeting people who might not necessarily be decision makers. And if you do find decision makers, those people might not have time for you because you know, guess what? You didn't book an appointment with them. You're not part of their calendar. And most successful people and successful organizations calendar their life, plan their life. So if you're wanting to make a success out of conferences, do this. The other point I wanted to make was do not worry about how expensive a conference ticket is. And I'm repeating that. Do not worry about how expensive a conference ticket is. Because if the conference is right and the right people are coming like for example, a regular conf. A regular very good conference is anywhere from thousand to fifteen hundred dollars. Fifteen hundred dollars for an attendee, maybe three thousand dollars to get a VIP pass. Thousand dollars if you get it. If you get an early bird. You want to plan your conferences at least a year in advance. There are about three to 400 conferences that happen on the subject of social media alone around the world. You want to plan aid that you're going for within your country or overseas. You need to plan everything beforehand because you get cheaper tickets from flights to hotels, everything cheaper. And then you have yourself or your assistant or your secretary, whatever. You plan out the 25 people you will meet at every conference. And yes, it's possible every conference at least three days. And to be able to have seven appointments a day is great. I would also encourage you interviewing those people because if you're interviewing influencers at conferences, you're able to make a rapport with them. You're able to not only document the journey that you had with them, but you're also able to have that stone, you know, etched in stone forever to use. So these are certain strategies for conferences that you know, because this is a question that we get a lot on the Ask a Vyadhya show. Abhi, how many conferences do you attend? How do you monetize conferences? So I just thought I'd make a short video. I hope this helps. Go ahead and try it. Sam.
