HOW TO START AN AGENCY?

Two people discuss what it takes to start an agency, from finding your first clients to hiring your team. They cover picking a niche, understanding why you actually want to do this, and the real work of getting started.
You just identify two, three large clients, get them, and then start an agency or start an agency. Start getting the clients. Hire a co founder who already does sales. Like, is there a process to this madness?
All of the above.
Okay.
But I feel like, you know, it's so broad. There's so much you could potentially do. And not to start everything off with a philosophical thing, but, you know, the same thing I would say to a client if I was going to consult with somebody, I would say, you know, why do you want to do this? Right. So if somebody wanted to start an agency tomorrow, I would ask why, Right? Is there a particular skill set you have? Are there things that you're interested in? So start with those questions.
Right?
Because I think purely from a services basis, it's so fragmented. There's literally a million things you can do.
Right.
You could go deep down just being an SEO agency just for video. Right? Video SEO. If you write right, you could be a consultant that does nothing else but cobble together artificial intelligence tools and help companies integrate those. Right? So I think it starts with, why do you want to do this work?
