Vivek is one of my coaches, one of my gurus, one of my mentors.
When you are feeling energetic or when you are feeling lazy, why do you.
Have a scarcity mindset? Why don't and why or why can't you do both? Great, Vivek, he told us so many things. Vivek is actually one of my mentors. Vivek is one of my coaches, one of my gurus, one of my mentors. Every time that I feel I need to speak to someone, he opens my mind to another new level of possibility. So you don't want to miss this episode.
When you are feeling energetic or when you are feeling lazy, if you are feeling motivated, if you are feeling like you can't do it, Neuroscience is the explanation as to why. Why are you the way you are? Essentially, that is what neuroscience is. So I think that neuroscience self obsessed, then you should know neuroscience. Without knowing neuroscience, it's like you're stabbing in the dark. You need to know your networks, you need to know your chemicals. Absolutely. Know yourself. And you can talk about this from a meditation perspective, you can talk about this from a, you know, detachment perspective, but ultimately it comes from neuroscience. That's why I feel because in your journey, like whatever you want to achieve, you are the rate limiting factor. If somebody else were in your place, they could do either more or less depending on the person that they are. If everything else is kept same and only if you switch the person, then they would do different things. Why is that? And how can you become that person? That is what I believe neuroscience can teach you. So why how should I keep on.
Working with the same energy even if I don't?
So once a week I play a doctor content.
Usually every Monday now is in the.
Day and three day, nice cold shower.
Go to the gym, come back.
Yeah. So these kind of mental, your own hacks, what works for you. Correct.
Because it can't be regimented by pushing.
Yeah, no, a regimen is important. Like you need to create a scaffolding, but then within the scaffolding you need to have breathing space. You can change it, you can move it. Because having no scaffolding at all is chaos. So you actually get less done. And this is one of the hardest lessons that I've had to learn and I learned it during my entrance exam preparation. So in a life of a doctor, I think almost 50% of your life. Yes. Oh, I should have started with that. I didn't know that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I. No, no, I don't. It's warrior It's a South Indian surname. I'm from Kerala. Yes. Okay. How do you know Malayalam? Picked it up. Yeah, sure. My longest was 70, 76 hours stretch without sleep. Insane. Yeah, yeah. 210 patients at the end of that stretch.
You know, I once gone to a government hospital.
Wow. So they call the internal burns. Burn patients are the. The most difficult to handle. The most difficult. Yeah. Yeah, I remember that moment. So in normal life, maybe, you know.
Like we all talk about empathy and all of that.
Right.
I'm a mom, son.
I'm a very soft, I'm a very sensitive. Yeah. Sometimes I keep this most. Again, I am here with Avi. We had an amazing conversation about neuroscience, about behavior, about who we are, why are we the way we are. A bit about what is masculinity, femininity. We talked about childhood. I learned a lot about the impact of parents and how we grow up to be the amazing human beings that we all are. Thank you so much for joining in.
One of my mentors, how freely he shares information. What a beautiful human being. Thank you, Vivek, for everything that you do. So Vivek taught us a few things. He says, why do you have scarcity? When I asked him questions on should I do this or should I do that? He said, why? Why do you have a scarcity mindset? Why not? And why or why can't you do both? Great. Then I said, people say that it's only tech companies that scale. Can we break the services model? He said, absolutely you can. Third, I said, can we scale as a human being? He said, Anthony Robbins grew on his own 10 years and then joined him. So that was that. So then he said, lower the cost of your lead magnet. So if your courses are available and they're great courses, curate them together, sell them in the market, they become a lead magnet. He spoke about the importance of the tele calling team in house, people working on commissions, all of those things. Ladies and gentlemen, boys, girls, you building any kind of business, you need a sales team in house. You need a sales team on commission. You need a good rock solid digital marketing team. You need. So all the pillars that come together for a business is what we have. Let me know in the comments and follow this journey as I go.
