Our Greatest Strength is our People and Customers – Avijit Arya

Avijit Arya and other speakers share stories about mentorship, digital marketing, and building an online audience. They discuss how Internet Moguls grew by focusing on people and customers, with testimonials on leadership and authentic storytelling.
Mentor is somebody who will transform you to and take you to the next level. You want a mentor who's already been there, done that. If you want to do something and the guy's already done that, he's already charted a path. I'm not saying that you have to follow the same path, but he'll tell you potholes on the way. He'll tell you exactly what to do and what not to do.
Avi Arya, who is the founder of Internet Moguls, he speaks around the world. He has 500 clients, he has 200 different keynote presentations around the world.
I will leave you with a sure shot winning success formula which will help all of you build a successful online audience. Your story can never be written by anybody else. You can hire a marketer or a content writer to spruce it up, to make it good to have those keywords in there. But you must develop your own story. Every time you roll the dice, there is an outcome. Why not put in the best intention when you're rolling the dice? Most of the times when we see people, people who are really, really fit, really strong, you will automatically assume you go to the gym every day, right? So if we are talking here on how to build a global online audience, you must have a ritual for that too. For that, for that to come into your life.
I like this personal story, the photo, it was engaging right off the bat. What I really appreciated was how right away he wanted to reach out and help five people in the audience.
A widgetaria is a very nice guy. He keeps on innovating, keeps on traveling. He keeps loving meeting different people. He always learns from each individual. He finds each individual interesting. He finds he whatever learning he gets from the individual, try to implement on their, in their day to day operations. He's a very nice guy. Abhijit Hariya has made the platform for hotels, driving the digital marketing and guiding them. So he has started his ask. Avi Arya. This is a great platform to learn a lot of things from him. And it's available on YouTube, it's available on all social media platforms.
Company is a big reflection of a boss. The first time when I met Abhijit I was truly inspired and very impressed by his personality, by his views, the way he thinks about Internet marketing, digital marketing. He really, you know, build us the confidence to start the initiatives. I would say as a person Abhijit really shares a lot of very good values. And I've seen that happening in his organization. I think, I'm sure if Abhijit is there, we are very Confident that our brand will be is very well taken care of.
Mr. Abhijit Arya I believe when he's a very smart and I would say very talented, he knows what he's doing. He's the CEO of Internet Mogul. Whatever the professionalism comes out from the Internet mobile, it is all about him. He knows how to lead the team and he knows how to recruit people when it comes to professionalism and that's it, all about it.
I know Abhijit for I think about last eight years in various previous organizations I came to know him, have worked with him at different organizations. He started as a vendor provider, became a friend and after that he's now family. Internet Moogle seems to be more like a family now because there is a very close country connection and association and that's the way I think Internet Mogul likes to work. They become a part of us when we work together and the entire credit I would like to give it to Abhijit for the same.
Google was just coming on the scene. Facebook, TripAdvisor, all these flags that we saw, none of these were even born. I met some people at Google. We started something back then not known to many, not known to almost anyone. A PPC program to run AdWords for my hotel. We started getting, it was a 40 room hotel mind you. We started getting 50, 60, 70, almost 100 guests coming in every day. We started upping the price, guests would still come in. We built another hotel within one year. It takes, it took my dad 40 years to build the first one. In another year we built another one. So what is your story? What is my story? I told you my story. It's. I didn't need to fabricate it, I didn't need to exaggerate it. I told you exactly what happened. We all have a story now. I meet business owners like yourselves every single day, especially after conferences and a lot of people say, you know what, actually I don't have a very interesting story. My business does not have an interesting story. How can that be? It takes a marketer sometimes to find your story. But everybody does have a great story. Thank you very much.
